I like KFC because of the Chicken. I hate when companies due deceptive advertising. Just makes me NOT want to ever go there.
Today I got an electronic message from KFC advertising a $3.99 Pot Pie. I thought, Ok, let’s give that a try. So over I drove. When I went to the drive through windows she had no idea about the coupon and told me I was wrong. When I pulled up to the window and showed it to her she called over her manager. The manager told me she could not honor the coupon and that I could pay normal price or not get it.
What, they are not going to honor the coupon they sent to me??? Then why have the program. What deceptive marketing.
And the manager could not do anything? Could not override the system? Really surprising. Or, is she just lying like the marketing people?
Not going back to the KFC. Ever.

Nowadays I’m skeptical about eating out, due to the quality of food at restaurants-but my meal at this KFC was awesome!!!!! The food was hot and fresh and good. Which is so rare these days! There was no line, no wait either. Good job evening staff!

Probably the BEST KFC that I have eaten at in a long time! Staff was friendly and accessible. Food was well prepared tasty and no grease laden. Humbly I proffer that this location should serve as the vanguard for other KFC’s in the area. The leadership at the tip of the spear are doing it right, Much appreciated. Thank you!

I ordered two pot and one of the bowls. The bowl was fine. They never have pot pies made. But today they had them. The crust was baked with half a crust on top and it was dried out inside. I received this Order from the location S. Memorial Pkwy off Bob Wallace. I will never order from them again.

Awesome playlist on the radio! Fries and biscuit were excellent. Chicken nuggets weren’t as browned as the ones in my friends Famous Bowl and were really juicy, but they still tastes alright! Guy who took our order seemed cool.

If you want to wait 45 minutes to get half cooked chicken and have 16 people get waited on in front of you, and then be told they are out of biscuits and Cole slaw, this is the place to go. Then I get out to car in the dark and notice they forgot to give me the french fries they substituted. Go back in and had to wait for them to get out of fryer. Then I get home and guess what, no gravy. I know everyone is short handed but really people. When I spend $50 for dinner I expect better than this. I stood there for 45 minutes, never complained and even ran out to my car and got you $20 in change so you could give the guy that came in 25 minutes after me his change. Oh he got his Cole slaw and biscuits as did the other 15 people who came in after me. Not acceptable service or food.

So i ordered 2 extra crispy drums and Nashville hot chicken little. Ended up getting 1 drum and 1 breast sopped in grease not crispy at all. Honestly the 6 piece you can get frozen from the grocery store is better than what i got and cheaper. As far as my Nashville hot? They put a little sauce on the bread and called it a day. Definitely not worth your time or money
