This is by far the best Waffle House location I’ve ever been to. I’ve worked in food service myself for 2 decades and a lot of times notice things that non-food service people don’t notice. The way the staff here communicates and gets along is so fun to watch. It’s very much a well oiled machine and there were smiles from the entire staff. It felt like they really enjoyed each other and enjoy their jobs, which is rare these days. Waffle House fare is always delicious and consistent but I wish this location was closer to my house instead of 6 hrs away, because if it were, I would eat there every single day. It set my day off right this morning! Thank you to the staff for being a little ray of sunshine in my morning!

Waitress Katrena was rude and not helpful at all. I normally eat there once a week- well I won’t anymore! Ponchy is my home so it really upsets me. This waitress made fun of me and acted as if I were an enemy when I have been a loyal customer since they built that location. They messed up my to go order for 3rd time- I only wanted a new omelette with my receipt and the wrong one brought back- unbelievable they let awful people work there. I was calm and pleading for help- Katrena wouldn’t help- acted like I was offending her- cook actually did step in . Thank goodness for him. If Katrena leaves – I will go back. Would not recommend.

4/7/2018 When we first came in the store was quite loud and I almost wanted to leave… but turns out this staff is just having a good time and does a great job together. The team makes for a great experience. Our food was great and came out quick. We had the same thing we usually get and everything was perfect for our late night meal!
Previously… you just can’t beat Waffle House for late night greasy good food. We stopped in after a night out for a chicken burger and an egg & steak plate. Everything was great.

The service was incredibly fast the food is amazing! It was a real diner all their food options are the best. No matter what you choose your going to get really good food. The diner is nice and clean and Melvin and Randa are very sweet the atmosphere is nice and playful. Definitely recommend.

Hurricane Ida hit us 12 days ago therefore you can expect a limited menu (see photo). This location is taking an extra step by only allowing takeout/to-go orders. Staff was super friendly, despite hardships unknown to me, and incredibly swift in filling our order. My son and I do not have power restored just yet, so having a delicious hot meal while sitting in our vehicle was quite nice.
