I use this spot as a “if i have a coupon/discount code” kinda place, pro tip, sign up for their app and keep your expectations in check. The lines move relatively quickly in the drive thru, I place my order online and go for pickup; they usually start prepping when I give my order number in the drive thru.
The food is what you might expect from a fast food chain, just don’t order any high end items like specialty burgers or chicken; they are a low cost supplier so I act accordingly. If your there when the sprinkler turn on; which was a Thursday around 3pm for me then expect it to get on your car.

Pro tip, order in advance on the app (I know I hate installing yet another app on my phone also) or from the their website. You’ll get a little better deal and the food is ready when you get there. Tried the indoor pickup and drive thru after ordering from the app/website and the food was ready both times. It’s a whopper, so you’ll need to spruce it up with the fixin on the app, add BBQ sauce it helps.
It’s a burger so it tastes ok and the size is alright, also picked up some nuggets; they are alright with the right dip sauce.
The staff in both orders and trips was good; the inside was clean as is the drive thru.
Prices have more than doubled from a few years ago, that might explain why there isn’t a wait. If I catch something on sale or they lower their prices I’ll frequent more often; soo much competition now in the expensive burger marketplace; they should go back to volume and compete on price maybe?

I ordered food in the drive thru. I had 3 kids with me and they only gave me 2 free kids cones for my meal. How is that fair to the third kid? They made it such an issue. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And my son was very upset and sad to not get an ice cream cone. My order applied to the kids free cone promo.

The worst burger king store ever. Terrible customer service, serving incorrect food, store is dirty, etc. I’ve requested to change the recipe inside the burger and got the receipt, but the burger hasn’t been made what I’ve requested. All employees need to be changed.

Whoever was working the drive thru on December 19th, 2024 at 2:10 PM was rude. Handed my bag with force which caused it to rip and didn’t even offer to re-bag it. Just closed the window on me.

For the amount of time it took to place the order and receive my order, one would expect everything to be fresh, or at best high temperature. It was neither, sadly the double whopper was luke warm and the top bun was very stale, the lettuce was withered and had been sitting out for some time, same with the original chicken sandwich, though that was served hot, the lettuce was yuck. My Akita wouldn’t eat the beef part of the burger, which is a huge red flag, they say dogs can smell harmful bacteria, so the whopper went in the trash bin, we are never going back. The interior is sad and hasn’t been revamped, probably since th 1980’s? My overall opinion? Yuck Yuck Yuck

The food at this location is always consistent, staff is nice and they never forget the napkins and condiments. The crunchy tacos are pretty good but we’re a bit greasy this last time. The burgers are never dry and have plenty of veggies.

Fast and friendly service the moment you walk in the whole place is clean they still got old soda machines so you won’t really have much to choose from but something about the older soda machines hit more with that taste I had my double whopper combo and was made fresh and the fries very comfortable place to dine in with clean restrooms as well
