Really poor quality tomato sauce and meatballs. Reminded me of Walmart’s frozen meatballs that were heated but not oven brown. Chicken Parm came in small oblong heating tray, looked like a frozen food container with same, tasteless red sauce and maybe 1/4 to 1/2 chicken breast cut up in it. Wondered how much it cost if bought as a frozen meal at Walmart.

Tried the Buffalo Mac n cheese and it was tasty. Restaurant was clean. Two employees came around during my meal to ask how everything was going and if I needed anything else. This is why they get 5 stars in every category

The food is really good and for a chain restaurant it seems very fresh, including the vegetables. I would say that the menu is a bit confusing and I certainly would not consider it cheap, but that’s not to be confused with expensive either. My regular sized pad Thai was just at about $6 but to add something as simple as tofu was half as much, another $3 or so. It felt a little like it was gouging, but we are talking about fast food here so it is nothing to complain about. The overall experience was good, late on a Saturday for a teenage fast food counter worker meant that it wasn’t the best attitude, but we’ve all been there as well. It had been a number of years since I had visited noodles and company and I will return.

Okay experience. Ordered dine in food at 6:04, food came at 6:22 but was incorrect (not sure if it was for another table or if they messed up in the kitchen) They brought us the new food at 6:28. It was still missing the chicken we had to wait again for. Seems a bit long to wait on food at this fast casual place. Service was not great.

Update:
Well I usually like this location and we’ve usually always got good service this last time. They forgot a number of items including the jalapeno crisps on top of the barbecue mac and cheese, and the amount of barbecue sauce they gave us was about a single teaspoon per entree. Also my wife’s BBQ was very soupy (not the norm). Hopefully just a one-time mistake, their app on the other hand is a whole different matter, they ended up taking 1850 points away from a canceled order that they never gave back and they never responded to an email that I sent them on the 3rd of April and now it’s almost May (their customer service number says they’re too busy to talk to anybody and you have to send an email but apparently no one monitors that email).
I will update this review if they fix the issues.

This is really nice for a fast food style restaurant. The food here is good quality. For me the best part is they have a wide variety of dishes available that there is practically something here that everyone can find something to eat. It is great when you have picky eaters.

I ordered online and my order was ready for pickup at the time noted. The food was hot and fresh. This was my first time trying the Alfredo MontAmore and Parmesean-Crusted Chicken with Zoodles instead of pasta. My meal was yummy but the Zoodles were thicker and crunchier than I had hoped. The sauce was a bit runny as if it were mixed with water. However, this did not take away from the flavor. My friend had the regular Alfredo MontAmore and loved it! The Koren Meatballs are always great!

I like to pick up food on my lunch break every so often and they are very fast! The guy was sweet enough to hand me my to-go order even when I sat in the back ! 🙂 Definitely recommend this location !

Robin, the manager warmly greeted us, upon arrival. He immediately took ownership of our dinner entree selections. He is very personable and professional. It was quite apparent to us that Robyn was genuinely invested in our dining in experience. The food was piping hot and delicious.
