Ordered Supersonic bacon double cheeseburger: Cold burger, bacon was literally burnt black, tater tots dumped completely upside down in the bag in the short walk from the door to the car. Little to no communication or interaction skills with order clerk or server. Every station kiosk Order Screen diplayed error message or blanked out.

Food has been great the last few weeks. Orders are coming out fresh in short wait times. Only minor complaint is wish the ordering platforms were all operational, it’s a bit hard trying to maneuver a truck to multiple spots trying to find a working ordering menu. But seems they have gotten a few back up and running. The drive thru spot would be nice to have back.

This location has got to be the worst sonic in history takes 50 minutes to get ice cream with only like 3 cars here … needless to say they have 20 stalls but only 5 work you tell me how much money is being lost come on now got to do better

I pulled in the stall pressed the button, waited about 2-3 mins and then someone spoke asking me to wait. They returned and took my order of small fry, med mozzarella sticks and mini chocolate shake. I went ahead and paid with my card. While waiting for my food I noticed several employees outside talking to other offices duty employees it seemed and sweeping. After about 10 mins the display says Olivia is on the way with my order, never showed. I waited 5 mins longer then pressed the button to ask about where my food had ended up. I was told my order has been messed up and being remade. I explained I didn’t have more time to wait , to which I was told ok then just leave. I asked about a refund for my food and was told ok. About 2/3 mins later a girl showed up with my order. The chocolate shake was far from chocolate more like vanilla with a drop of chocolate, the fries were brown and the mozzarella sticks were on point.
I also didn’t receive my receipt in order to leave a review that way. Better management seems needed.

Let’s see… play in search of for a stall to order. WHY? because over 60% don’t work. Then when you place an order… Thank you…nope …just .. “that all?” The most run down, unprofessional Sonic I have ever witnessed. And before I forget can’t pay at the stall because why would we have working equipment??? THAT’S ALL!
