If you are looking for incredible Italian food with great portions and great service. Steve makes you feel like you’ve been there 100 times. The antipasto was huge and delicious. The tortellini was out of this world. If you haven’t been here you need to go.

DiSalvo’s is that spot—where the food is always on point and the service is truly top tier. Every time we visit, we’re welcomed like family. The staff not only remembers us but makes every dining experience feel special. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and warmth!
On our last visit, we had the pleasure of being served by Anastasia, who brought us our absolute favorite: the “Sunshine Pizza” (see photo )! This pizza is a flavor-packed masterpiece with red onions, jalapeños, banana peppers, pineapple, and gooey cheese—just the right balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. (The half is a pepperoni pizza.) If you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and order it.
And when you go, tell them I sent you!
Trust me, you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

This was my first time at this restaurant location. I used to frequent the one in Coral Springs when it existed many years ago. I ordered pizza because from what I remembered, DiSalvos was the best pizza around. Now don’t get me wrong, their pizza is good, but it’s not what I remembered. Maybe it’s me, maybe the recipe changed or the ingredients etc but it’s not the best around like I remember.
There was a lot of oil in the pizza most likely because they may be using mozzarella cheese from whole milk vs part skim.
That being said, the service was great, the pizza was good and prices were comparable to other Italian restaurants.
Would I eat here again? Yes
Would I travel all the way from Coral Springs to eat here? No
The food isn’t that exceptional to warrant a 35-45min drive.

Had a very nice dining experience at Disalvo’s Pizza and Italian Restaurant Davie. Hadn’t been there in years and after seeing the wonderful reviews on the Facebook group, Let’s Eat, South Florida decided to give it a try.
The staff is extremely friendly and our server Jennifer was absolutely wonderful. The meals come with your choice of soup (minestrone or pasta fagioli) or salad and garlic rolls. We decided on the minestrone. Started off with the calamari appetizer. For our entrees we ordered the Zuppa di Clams (not pictured) and Eggplant Rollatini. The Zuppa is served over linguine and the Rollatini comes with a side spaghetti. Rolatini did have to be sent back as it wasn’t hot. Jennifer was apologetic and took care of it right away.
It was really a lot of food and we had plenty leftover.
We will definitely go back.
Update… We’ve been back another time and Jennifer waited on us again. We ordered the calamari and stromboli. Everything was delicious. The stromboli was so big we couldn’t finish it. Again, exceptional service by Jennifer.

I ordered delivery from Uber eats. The canoli was great. The rest of my food needed major help. The meat lovers pizza looked great and the toppings and dough tasted good. The tomato sauce though….. tasted like someone put clamato juice and mixed it with tomato paste, opened up a can of canned crushed tomatoes gave it a mix and called it good. Ruined the pizza. Same goes for the chicken parm. Nice cut of chicken but same flavor as pizza sauce and barely any cheese on chicken.

Based on my experience- the pizza was super delicious, crispy, NY style, exactly like you are hoping to get.
Also the garlic rolls were so fresh and perfectly made.

I was on a search for a hot honey pizza. I called Disalvo’s, and even though not listed on their menu they had it and were very accommodating. So I ordered their hot honey pepperoni pizza, and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. They over exceeded my expectations. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. And I will only be ordering from them going forward. If you are looking for good authentic pizza, look no further Disalvo’s is the BEST!
