Stopped in for lunch. You have to walk up a bucket of steps to go inside. It’s definitely not handicap accessible.
It was very hot inside the restaurant. The food was delicious. My friend had to go ask about her French fries. Staff forgot to cook the french fries. After getting the French fries. Had to go around to other tables for ketchup. Most the ketchup bottles were empty.
Staff didn’t ask if we needed anything after bringing our salads. Staff didn’t check on us to see if we needed a refill. Cute little restaurant.

Horrible experience!
Picture of the gross food attached!
Today we went there after our hike from the herpers ferry. The customer servise was really very slow. It took a lot of time, but when the food came we were disappointed. They served old cold potato chips, even if they claim in the menu it will be fresh cut but it was not! Those chips were old and double friend also when they served, it was cold!
There was no salt at all! We asked for salt and it came 5 minutes later.
The most disgusting part of the food was we found “hair” in our sub sandwitch. It was so gross! The service was really very bad! Will never go there and never recommend any of my friends. We enjoyed the hike but it ended with a horrible experience like this! When we reported, they did not take the money of the bad foods, but what is the point here! It ruined part of our trip, and after waiting for so long, we lost the apetite.

We’re currently in Harper’s Ferry and needed to get lunch. We’re actually sitting at a table here right now. First off, what a cool idea to have a pizza place in a train car. So neat. The place is very cool. But how is the food?
Spoiler alert: great. Firstly, we ordered a large pepperoni and personal Godmother pizza. The server gave us a large Godmother and didn’t charge us and gave us an order of mozzarella sticks. The pizza was outstanding.
Our server’s name was Jessica. Go see her, she’s incredible and very nice.
Please stop by if you’re in town and try this place out.

I would give zero stars, but the service was good. We stopped in for dinner after seeing how crowded it was around lunch time. We love pizza, so both ordered a small size (~$13/each) of a regular pepperoni and a Leo. The pizzas that came out tasted basically like Lunchables pizza. The dough appears to be premade crusts, perhaps frozen. The toppings were fine but it was just terrible pizza. The pesto on mine was good. If you come here, leave the pizza to the kids and get a sandwich or something.

I never leave reviews, but today was not that great. I think I’ve never had such experience with food in the restaurant, for paying $30 per pizza and two drinks. We got a severely burnt pizza. Plus, we were the only customers they had, and they had like 4 or 5 workers there, with just one girl doing the job. So it was sad, the whole pizza was not eatable. I usually don’t like when people just leave bad reviews, since all people have different tastes in food, but burnt pizza? Like almost black on the other side…

Isabella’s Pizza & Subs. The Pizza and Chicken Stripes was Hot but the flavor wasn’t the greatest taste in flavor. Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The Parmesan cheese was moldy and I’m 99% sure they are serving frozen pizza. Service isn’t good either.

We ordered 5 different pizzas to be picked up. The pizzas were good, however only 2 of them were what we ordered. Two were identical. The vegetarian pizza only had black olives and few mushrooms. The other tow didn’t resemble anything we ordered. There was no one else in the restaurant when we picked them up. The young girl behind the counter never stopped eating her large plate of fries the whole time we were picking them up. Perhaps there was no one actually overseeing the employees that day.

Stopped in for lunch with my two small daughters. We waited 10+ minutes to be initially waited for drinks, the place was empty and I heard the staff just chatting in the back. The entire staff, excluding one woman, were teenagers. Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak which was fine, but Subway did a better job. My kids’ chicken tenders were obviously frozen and heated (tasted like plastic). We never were asked for refills or anything else (the waitress was sitting behind the counter on her phone, chatting with the other teens.) I had to walk over to the counter to get the check. We stopped in because the Rabbit Hole was closed, we won’t be returning to this establishment, and I recommend you go somewhere else in town.
