There’s no point in placing your order on the app at 9:05 pm. Waited 15mins with no change in order. Checked in person on what was going on. Come to find out NO WORKER had even put the order in yet! Waited 20mins just to receive less than satisfying quesadillas that had no taste & 1/4 of them had no meat. The drinks were terrible too, they always are here. They’re never the right ratio.

I’ve visited many Taco Bell Restaurants in and out of the country. My wife recently arrived from the Philippines and I really am particularly careful with not wanting to let her down. This Taco Bell location served the best meal I’ve ever experienced at any location. Job well done! And, my Filipino was was extremely happy with her experience! It all starts at the top in management! Thank you for caring about customer satisfaction!

My little family loves Taco Bell. We have been to this one numerous times. The last two times have been bad. I’m not sure if the night shift workers and management have changed, but it is not good anymore. Our chalupa shells were so hard that we could not eat them. My son liked the meat, cheese, and sour cream. There was not enough to spread on one side. He didn’t eat it. I didn’t eat my steak chalupa due to the same reason. They didn’t grill the burritos and missed the ‘remove and add’ screen in front of them completely. We will have to find somewhere else from here on out, as the money is too tight to pay for something that was made so poorly.

How can you mess up an order so bad when you’re not even busy, seriously 1:40 in the afternoon? Completely forgot to put the cinnamon twist in the bag. Went to eat them on the ride home and realized it half way back home so I had to turn around and go back to get them. Got home and ate the tacos and started with the chicken quesarito, and it was beef. More than that, it also had sour cream on it that I specifically asked for NO sour cream. Big goop of sour cream on my first bite into it. Wish I had went somewhere else. Thanks for nothing again Taco hell.
