I ordered a literal flavored WATER and 26 minutes later after pressing the red button multiple times I had to stop an employee and ask where it was at. Why does it take 26 minutes for a water. I saw MULTIPLE cars come and go while I was waiting on just one water.

This is the worst sonic. I hope this place closes. They don’t take orders after 9 while they all hang out laughing. The owner/manger called me after I made a formal report. Made it sound like the system. Ok cool so this time I hit the red button 30 min pass there were alot of cars coming and going g so I thought they was just busy. Nope if u call they have the phone off the hook. I will being calling corporate amd sending them this photo swell as the video.

They have terrible service at this location and very unconcerned employees. Took forever to chicken strips and an ocean water with sweet cream of which they messed up. So, after returning and telling them I didn’t receive any blue coconut in the drink, they preceded to fill another cup half way with only blue cocunut and a splash of cream on top. Maybe, this was a legitimate attempt to correct the problem. It comes across as lazy and bad customer service.

Ordered $20 with of drinks and every single one of them was wrong. Like WAY wrong. And one was completely missing.
These two drinks were supposed to both be lemonades, one blue raspberry and one regular lemonade. NO NERDS. Already left so couldn’t return and called them but they didn’t seem to care. Told me to come back and speak in person. I’m at work, I can’t!! I’m super frustrated!!

This place is usually ok and the service is pretty good. But whoever put this pathetic excuse for a sandwich together is clearly over their job and needs to move on.

This one in particular is horrible. To frequently do their card readers not work. They never put sauces in the bag even when you ask. Then you ask for extra ahead of time still don’t get it. If you wanna charge, then charge but give it to me. Then the most recent visit which is cause for the review ordered a large mozzarella stick asked for specific sauce said it was in the bag. Wasn’t in the bag so asked for more. Then she comes out with one and I was like I got a large can I get more and she pulls one from behind her back like she’s paying for the sauces. Anywho ridiculous.
