The morning shift manager is ALWAYS rude. In all the years I’ve frequented this location and she’s worked there, I’ve never seen her smile. She told me the brownie batter donuts were discontinued bc they were a Valentine’s only special. I asked if they were just out for the day and she said no, they were gone completely. Funny how I was able to order a half dozen @ the Hwy 92 location minutes later. I’m definitely taking my business to the Eagle Dr. or Hwy 92 location based on her bad attitude and lies.

The drive through line was terrible, so I decided to go inside to “save some time” Waited for 5 minutes at the counter before anyone greeted me or even tried to take my order. Outrageous, there should always be someone at the counter. Then waited another 10 minutes for my one large iced coffee w carmel. She then asked me after waiting this long for a very simple drink what I had even gotten as if she had lost the ticket?No reason to take 15 minutes to buy and receive one drink

Waited 10 minutes at the drivethru because the system was updating and he couldnt put in my order. Proceeded to tell me it could take up to 40 minutes and that I would need to place a pickup order on my phone. I dont have the dunkin donuts app, and it didnt have the items i was trying to order listed. He wouldnt help or offer my order for free considering the situation. I waited for 10 minutes and after basically being told he couldnt do anything about it, the system finally came on. Some of the worst service I’ve received at Dunkin. The other Dunkin I visit on 92 has had this issue as well, but everytime their system is down, they comp my order. Which is how you should do business. Ive never left a 1 star review before, but this was absurd, to the point where I will not be going back to this dunkin, and will only go to the one on 92 from now on. As their employees care about the customer. Side note, he also took almost 15 minutes to make my order, which was 1 smoothie and 2 donuts. And he messed up the smoothie and made it the wrong flavor, and when I pointed it out he walked away and threw the wrong smoothie in the trash. He also gave me the wrong flavor of donuts but i had left before i noticed. Absolutely absurd. And after all this, still charged full price. Was very cold and rude while handing me the correct smoothie finally after a 30 minute endeavor.

My husband surprised me with a coffee for Valentine’s. The label said hot latte with 3 toasted almond shots. What was given was a plain black coffee. It was already taken home so we can’t correct it, but it was a pretty big mess up.

I have been going to this Dunkin for a few years now. The service has always been great.
I got a tea, sausage biscuit, blueberry munchkins, and a water. My order was correct and delicious.

i have been coming to this dunkin for years with no issues, today i went after a drs appointment and was appalled to look at my sandwich after i got to work. this is gross!!!

Went by here for a treat after my doctor’s appointment nearby. Got an original blend half decaf iced coffee with skim milk and vanilla and it basically just tasted like old, wet coffee beans. This is the same order I’ve gotten at other locations and it wasn’t bitter.
Maybe they let the decaf get old? Just very disappointing and a waste of money.

This is our go-to location when we want something sweet for breakfast. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. This visit the gentleman making our iced coffees gave them a little flip before he handed them to us and it just made my day.
