I’ve had other bowls that were decent. But I’m noticing a trend here, most of the noodles I order are dry as popeyes biscuits. I got Japanese pan noodles today because the picture of them looked enticing. What I got isn’t the worst, but it isn’t the most appetizing looking meal either. You guys get 3 stars because every other bowl I’ve had was decent. This one, not so well

I was VERY DISSAPOINTED in my experience with Noodles and Co today. I ordered a large lunch for a clinic of mine- they specifically chose this place and each of the staff members chose what they wanted. I placed the order and UBEREATS either stole the delivery or left it someplace other than the clinic. I asked the woman(manager?) If I could replace the order and have someone from the clinic pick it up- she said yes. The person went to pick it up and the woman had told me I couldnt pay over the phone even though she had my payment from earlier when I placed the initial order. She should have been able to accommodate us as soon as UBER took the delivery and then with her not being able to take the payment over the phone when someone left work to pick up the order specifically only to then find out it wasnt there b/c she needed payment! Thankfully Panera ended up delivering to this clinic but still, the staff ended up eating lunch after 3pm when Noodles should have had it there for 11:30am. Mind you this was a dialysis clinic so nurses couldnt just stop and eat whenever! I dont live locally but would not suggest this place at all!

I am a bartender and a bar manager from Birmingham Alabama…I went here tonight for dinner..waited with no people inside dining and one person In a spot waiting on food..I ordered a fried parm chicken salad extra olives and paid to add bacon..this salad was pathetic…its garbage..and I never give bad reviews but it was my day off and I was starving and you were recommended to me bc in Birmingham we know food and alcohol…my cedar shaves smoked old fashioned with 10 yr pappy is 200.00 per drink.. per drink I’m that good at my job and this garbage is unedible…I’d be ashamed to give it to someone..I am attaching a photo…I’ll never go back and I see a lot of business owners who I’m gonna tell about my first noodle experience In Michigan..I went to bed hungry and paid almost 15 bucks for cold noodles and bad lettuce…be better…people have too many options to come spend money and time they do not have to go to bed hungry…you should be ashamed of yourselves and it took 10 extra minutes..I had to walk inside ..they brought the other order out..probably wrong as well….hungry and disappointed In Michigan y’all..come to bama..we feed you right and don’t charge 15 bucks for old white letters and no meat…what a joke..

I ordered a duo and when I got back to the house I was ashamed of the food! I wish I would’ve taken a picture as there was four small pieces of chicken, I could hardly tell if there was broccoli. It was more than 25 minutes drive to take it back!! Then the person that waited on me was very impatient like I was keeping her from something more important than her job. Sad thing is is I am new to area and this is the only one close and I like Noodles & Company a lot!

Ordered a take out Caesar Salad, got back to work opened it up, No dressing on it or in the bag. Opened the lid and found a most of the salad was brown(see picture). This should not have been served to a human! Do better!!!

This place looked interesting so I thought i’d give it a try. The inside was nice, I liked the color scheme. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and Potstickers. The Pan Noodles were okay, the Potstickers weren’t that good. I think they thrive more in the mac n’ cheese area, which my dad ordered. Overall, the food wasn’t bad but wasn’t anything great either.

I purchased the 3 cheese tortellini pasta. It has a little spice. Tasted fresh. I never had been here. Thanks to Panda express not having food. I gave this place a try. It was worth it.

I had the chicken parmesan and bbq meatballs. The food was decent. The chicken parm was a little bland. The meatballs had a lot of flavor. The service was excellent The place was really busy with takeout orders. The lobby was empty.

After numerous trips to this Location from 20 miles away, supporting this location all through COVID Shutdowns, today was the icing on the cake to NEVER EVER Return to this location. At about 8 pm tonight We tried ordering online and the app would not let us order. We decided to wait until we walked In to order. We asked to order our entrees and make them meals. We were told by both the Cashier (Iesha) and Shift supervisor (Benny) that that’s not an option because there’s no way to ring up the order that way, when it is clearly on the menu. We decide to just order for us and 4 children. My wife starts to tell her what we’d like to order and and then the Cashier (Iesha) tells my wife to shut up and not complain to her, and we were told to leave the store. IS THIS REALLY the way to treat Customers? Absolutely TERRIBLE and will never return to this location. If I could give Negative stars I would.
