Came here by myself. Not exactly a fun way to do hot pot, but I didn’t have to share! Got the spicy broth with quail eggs, bok choy, mushrooms, ramen, and ribeye. Absolutely delicious! Great prices, too!

Update: changed my review for a higher rating. The experiences are improved after grand opening! Great job.

Went during the soft open period. Food was excellent for a college town. Service was slower than I’m use to but they are a newly opened restaurant. So working out the kinks is expected. I wish there was pork belly on the menu, half expected it to be there, but was not available. The bone was good, could have an Asian Herbal variation. Overall, pretty good. Hope to see this place gain traction and stay around for a while.

I’ve waited for this restaurant to open, I personally love hotpot but I could only have some on the west side so I’m excited this place is in the area now.

Servers came out quick, I tried the Thai tea and it didn’t taste too sweet. I’m not too big on sugar & sweet things so this was a plus. Good quality broth, tomato is one of my favorites. The spicy one hit the spot, not too little of spice and not too much. Prices weren’t bad, worth it for 1 person or 4 people. Not as much selection for ingredients but I think that’s okay. This felt more focused on quality over quantity.

Hoping this place stays and I plan to come back more often.

Whenever friends come to visit me, this is one of my go-to places. It never disappoints. Fresh food, delicious broth….. Always a great experience.

It is clear that this place started out well, there are nice tables with a central induction cooktop and four individual cooktops; but then cheapened out. The napkins and chopsticks are low grade. The napkins are see through and not much good for picking up liquids.
The server was often not there physically, and when the melamine cup used for hot tea cracked and spilled, just stared at the increasing puddle for a solid ten seconds before leaving to bring back paper towels.
The food was so-so. The broths (had mushroom and spicy) were flavorless. Both the broths and my taro tea tasted like they were made from powder. The meats were good but there isn’t much when they cook a bit. Doubt that I will be back, but do want to try again at a more established restaurant.

I went there as part of my trip to visit a friend. It’s such a good place. The food is pretty good and the staff there is super nice.

I want to eat there everyday with my friends but it’s not reasonable

But I know I want to come back there as soon as I can. And hopefully they’re gonna be full of Lotus Root too

Finally, the Palouse has a real Hot Pot place now! The price is reasonable, the portion is generous, especially the meat, the service is amazing, the food is delicious, would recommend everything on the menu!

Nice little Asian hot pot shop. Meats and Vegetables were fresh. I got the half spicy broth and the other half original bone broth. Both broths were basic could have used more herbs for flavor, but the spicy broth had the most flavor because of the chili oil in it. You can have your own personal soup pot or have a traditional community soup pot.
The Meat(beef & lamb) portion size is good but the seafood and noodle portions were a bit small but good. The lettuces and cabbage portions were good, but the daikon and lotus portions were small but good.

The 1 Server that seem to be operating the entire shop was good at explaining how to do hot pot to unfamiliar guest, which intern took a toll on helping other guest, so service was a bit slow and lacking follow-ups on guest that were eating. Overall it is good and worth the wait.

Everhot elevates our hotpot experience to the next level! Beyond their signature hotpot soup base, the artisan meat we had were amazingly delicious! Indeed, the finely cut slices “melt” in each taste! Be sure to try different types. They taste distinctly different!

First time trying hot pot, I knew about it in the concept but never had the opportunity to try it until now. It was a wonderful experience, the server was very helpful with explaining how it works and recommendations. We got half and half broth with spicy and the original. They were both wonderful but the spicy was definitely the hit. Not sure if I would go by myself because it feels like a communal activity but I will definitely be back with more friends to try more things. So glad it’s finally open I have been waiting for a long time and it lived up to my expectations.
