Ordered two pizzas. That’s what we got with a side of hair! I sent my husband in to get me food. I’m pregnant and was starving! I was so excited. We get home and start eatin then I noticed There was white hair on my pizza. I call the store. It took them almost 30 minutes to even get me off hold and they tell me to bring my half eaten food back then I’ll get my money back. I’m beyond upset and will not be goin there again! Y’all need to do better! And wear a damn hairnet!!!

I would not even give this location a star. First we get delivered the wrong person pizza. The deliver guy knew it was the wrong order. Then the delivery guy told us to call back up there and he would get it to redeliver We called and got hung up on and then we called back and we’re on hold for 26 minutes. We went up there to get there pizza refunded. I asked the guy why they were not answering the phone. He told me I can stop that they are under staffed. The he also said straight to my face if I wanted him to he could stop dealing either way me and answer the phone. I just got my money and left. What an awful way to spend a Saturday night fighting with Pizza Hit to get the correct pizza delivered. Do not order from this place.

This place has went down hill. The store itself is disgusting to look at outside. Looks like they never clean the windows. My last 3 orders has been wrong. When I order a pan pizza I always got hand tossed. The last order I never received even though it said it was delivered. I kept calling the store and they never would answer. I’m still trying to get a refund and it’s been almost a month. No more Pizza Hut orders.

Is it normal that your pizza makers don’t wear gloves while processing the food? The guy making the pizza his hands were dirty and nasty. He also mentioned to the lady at the register that if a customer gets rude with her then she can get rude back and doesn’t have to serve that customer. Which I disagree with. The biggest concern that I have is that the same guy is prepping food without gloves on touching everything around him and then touching the food without washing his hands.

Beware of this scamming place. Placed an order at 7:30 on a week night. The website stated an hour wait – no worries, figured they were busy. Received a phone call at 8:29 stating they had to cancel the order because they were out of dough. Again, I was very understanding and said it was okay. Turns out they never bothered to actually cancel the order. I even have the screenshot where they called me to cancel the order. The manager was so unprofessional, rude, and childish. This man should not be allowed to work with the public. He even admitted they were super busy but refused to offer any refund or give me any phone number to speak with someone else. I was able to easily dispute this scamming pizza hut location with my bank to receive a refund. Zero thanks to this awful location.

Decided to order with them the other night for 2 reasons. Reason 1. I was already on the way to get pizza and pizza hut was the closest. Reason 2. I Honestly thought they went out of business and wanted to spark those 90s vibes. I was a little hesitant after I placed my order from seeing the 1 star reviews but I didnt have any problems with quality, gave me a 15 minute window and was ready to pickup in around 10 minutes.
Pizza was a little greasy but its same with the other guys to me. Can’t really expect an authentic New York pizza but for what it is it was good.

Had Pizza Hut delivered today, part of the order was missing. Delivery driver said the worker was beyond rude. I usually overlook mistakes with missing items, but to have a DoorDash driver show up saying they were terribly rude was the problem. Even ordering through Pizza Hut website or app and they use DoorDash to deliver orders and to be RUDE to a service assisting you is crazy. Don’t order online. Don’t order at all. Go to Papa John’s.

Should have just gone to dominoes.. So I ordered a pizza, paid extra for pan pizza, got home and it was wrong. So I called the store and told the guy who answered what had happened. He muttered something like “what a horrible day it’s been” then put me on hold for over 15 mins . Then it was after closing and they just never picked back up. Hate to think this will do anything but force me to go into the store tomorrow & talk to someone higher up the food chain. Definitely will not make the mistake of choosing pizza hut over dominoes again.. Or even a hot & heady from lil Caesars would suffice.
