Good food when you need a quick bite! And the portion of a bowl is great, and I think the price is pretty reasonable, especially if the portions pretty much can be 2 meals! You can create your own bowls the way you want them. I recommend the chicken and steak and adding everything! I just wish customers would be a little cleaner, cause sometimes when it gets busy it’s starts to look a little run down! Other than that the food is great! And if you follow them on social media you’ll know when their special are going on, like buy one get one free! Then it’s really worth it!

Unfortunately, I’m extremely disappointed in this particular establishment.
For it to be lunch hour! I would have expected to have a muncher warmer plate of food, if it’s not to much to ask for a full cup of cheese when paying extra for it, as well for the beans! The meat ok they count the cubes! But the beans and rice! Anyways! I’ll be making a call.

Today! I went into Chipotle. The lady “manager” who packed my food took a tissue from her pocket, blew her nose and proceeded to pack my food. I ask her, “ Are you going to wash your hands?” She then washed her hands and came back slamming ideas. I explained to her that it was disgusting. Not only are you the manager you could pass sickness from not washing your hands. She felt as though she used a tissue to wipe her nose over open food that is was ok. She and I both went back and forth. For the manager to not follow common expectation when working when food I can only imagine how she handles the food in the back. I was not happy and threw my food away. She ask me to leave and did not give my complete order after paying for the purchase. I told her if I was an health inspector that would have been a major violation. She could have excused herself washed her hands and came back to the front.

We eat chipotle a lot. This location always gives very small meat portions. Today they added queso by mistake and my husband asked them to remake it and they gave him a ridiculously small amount of meat I’m sure because the lady got upset. When we order online we get orders wrong all the time too, plus very little portions compared to other locations. We try to avoid this location . We live 3 mins away so it sucks we have to drive further to another one

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit. Your employees were friendly and working hard, but it seemed they were hesitant when serving customers due to feeling closely monitored. A supportive environment can make them feel more confident and improve the customer experience.
Additionally, while the food was very good, I noticed my portions were smaller than expected, and some areas—particularly the food serving stations and dining area—would benefit from a deep cleaning.
I hope this feedback is helpful in making your restaurant even better.

Sent the wrong food. The food was very cold, and they sent the wrong drink. I paid nearly $50 for my order and got an entirely different order. I ordered a coke, two quesodillas with guacamole, sour cream, and beans. They sent some wadded up lettuce and chicken in foil as well as a bowl of cheese and chicken COLD without a fork to even eat it. I’m very displeased. This was my only meal for the next day or so due to work. I’m done with this location.

Worst place ever to eat if you are looking to eat in peace surrounded by a great environment. I have no complaints about the employees but I do complain about their manager Karin or something like that. The few times I have been there I left in disgust because of the lack of education and manners he has with his employees and even with the customers, he is a big arrogant by the way he talks to people. Is not a bad place to eat but at least for me it’s disgusting to see people like that with a manager position.
