My favorite taco bell while I’m in Nebraska. Reason why is there semi truck friendly. They are always nice and respectful to me and are always welcoming when I come through the drive thru. Thank you for allowing truckers to come through your drive thru.

Service was decent food was ok. Place is so filthy. Bathroom was disgusting tables were not wiped off. Floor is slick soda machine area had soda spilled all over only 5 straws left and a hand full of lids. Service to get are food was very slow. 5 tables waiting before us for their food. Been waiting 20 minutes and just told they are out of fries. Watched 3 families clean their own table to sit down.

Waste of my life and money. Sat there 45 minutes after we ordered in the drive thru, nothing we ordered came right, soda was disgusting (not even full either). Picture is an example of how they piled on beef (we ordered vegetarian), didn’t package right. This is theft and swindling.

I don’t get to leave positive review very often for fast food restaurants these days. However, tonight, my wife, 3 children & decided to roll the dice and give York Taco Bell a shot after a long protest to the establishment. After a lengthy, complicated and modified order, we received our drinks and made our way to a table. Surprisingly, all tables were clean, and the napkin dispensers were full. Our food was brought to us quickly, before we were even settled. There was one mistake in our order, but the staff was very friendly, and quick to remedy our order. The food was hot, and on point. This is all in stark contast to previous experiences. We even went back to order the apple pie bites for desert. We are grateful to Arianna, Amy and the Manager Amanda for such a great experience. Thank you.

We waited 15 minutes at the window until i got out, walked around the building & asked inside (not very clean looking) if they forgot us. “We’re really backed up, sorry”. We drove nearby to Taco John’s & got food within 2-3 minutes.

I’m not sure if the staff is just really slow, or if people go through the drive-thru ordering buckets of chicken, but it is not unusual to spend half an hour to 40 minutes waiting in the drive up line. This started happening during the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has just continued.
The taco bell food is okay most of the time, but I often get stale shells. I’m not sure if the chicken is any good, I don’t ever order it.

I have been doing my best to not make a bad review but it’s unacceptable anymore. For the last 6 months at least, every time I come to this location, something is either missing or completely messed up. This workers are paid for a job they aren’t doing! I have worked fast food before and in multiple different instances there are mistakes, but over and over is just lack of care for their customers. I got a steak quesadilla, which was cut ONCE, so not correctly at all and all of the steak is only on one side. There was another steak quesadilla that wasn’t cut AT ALL and the steak was all on one side. Will not be going back and it’s in my own town.

Place was dirty. Waited in line with 4 people in front of me, for at least 15 minutes before I left. Multiple people said they had been waiting at least 20 minutes for their food. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

Ordered from the Taco Bell menu and was not impressed, the bean burrito was cold and did not taste very fresh. The nacho fries did come out okay. Store was clean but the bathrooms were not.
