Came in here tonight for some much needed crispy chicken sandwich & curly fries. Food was aight.
Lady took care of me and service was good. Like this location because it’s inside the Loves Travel stop.
So you can get your fuel/def, eat and get some good sleep.

I am so disappointed with the last handful of times that I have been. I stop in because it’s on my way home and they’re quick, but this $37 meal sucked. I ordered a regular and double hamburger meal, both burgers tasted like they were left from lunch yesterday and not even cooked through- literally both pink inside. Had to throw it away, well the burgers but the curly fries are always bomb.

What more are you trying to get they do a good job at making sure their task done. However if I were to hit on anything the woman cleaning the floor (mopping) had such strong chemical in her bucket I could taste it while eating.. hey good on her for cleaning but maybe wait till an area is clear before cleaning with such a great cleaner. I think the real shocker is that the operational fleet auditor who was sitting in front of us never interjected and could have suggested to clean away from the guest with such a strong cleaner.. other then that everyone was great, food was good and everyone remained busy.

Terrible service. Everyone was so sour you can tell they hate their jobs. Sauce dispensers were empty. No yea at 8pm. I’ve spent some time in San Francisco and it’s a shame when California has nicer residents than the south. Whatever happened to southern hospitality?

Enjoyed stopping by for a sandwich. Dining in was pleasant as the restaurant was clean & staff was friendly. I watched them interact with other customers & using the customers name, as well as taking their order outside to them. That milkshake was delicious & probably the best one I’ve had in a very long time.

Stopped in for dinner to receive overcooked fries and sweet tea that was not sweetened. The condition of the dining room needed attention, not to mention the ac was on, so I ate with my coat on. While eating, I witnessed a young girl go to the adjoining Love’s take a necklace and not pay for it. I informed the cashier at Love’s who just ignored me. A woman with a dog came from the Love’s side to fill a fountain drink. No one said a thing to a dog in the restaurant.

It was the worst Arby’s I have ever been in. If I could give minus 5 stars I would. I ordered 2 cherry turnovers to go. My husband opened the first one and it was grease soaked and probably 5 days old. Here are the pictures. Absolutely horrible. I also bought a cookie and it was rock hard and probably 5 days old, I can`t believe they are still in business. We usually love Arby’s but not this one.

They forgot something in my order. I came back and they quickly made it right and even gave me a lil something for the inconvenience. I respect the fact that their response to my problem was to go above and beyond in recompense. Well done! In the future I am more inclined to frequent the place that has the meats due to their expert level of customer service. Thank you for making my experience valuable and turning what could have been a poor experience into a great one!
