Can’t spell sandwich artist without Javier! he and the other gentleman with him are super fun, attentive and welcoming. I just went to accompany my coworker for lunch. Ended up just wanting a small 3” sandwich and he made it perfectly. Super happy with our recent visit ☺️

Hello, just wanted to jump on here and give feedback. After a long day at work a couple of us had made the choice to get Subway 13 minutes before closing. Lance was the one that was there to help us out. Lance had welcomed us and with a great attitude regardless of us coming last minute and presented outstanding customer service. It’s very common that some become irritated when customers come in last second and I’m guilty of this back in my teen days but this experience was nothing but great! Thank you again Lance!

Sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever had in Subway, and I get exact same sandwich for years. It’s falling apart and I had to use a fork to eat it. Again it’s same ingredients I always order. Too much sauce, huge amount of veggies. Next time I’ll use other Subway near by. The woman who made it should be ashamed. If someone make same sandwich for you you wouldn’t be happy right? You feed people, not animals!

I went to this location on Winchester road on March 18th at 4:40pm . When I entered the store the guy named Jermy was standing there and he looked at me but did not wish me .i stood there for five /six minutes and off and on he kept looking at me but did not ask me what I want . The girl was standing back room and she rushed to me when she saw me standing there and asked me how can I help you . Then I requested her to make me two foot longs and also asked me that how long I was standing there , then I told her that I am a regular customer of this location but today I was pissed off by the behavior of Jermy the sales associate. I will appreciate if anyone can give me a feed back from the management side on this incident because this kind of behavior of an employee is bad for any business.

I like to consider myself quite the subway regular as it is typically the place that my kids pick to eat at whenever we have the chance to eat out. So when I say I had the best service I’ve ever had at a subway at this location, I really mean it. I would especially like to thank Kc, the nice girl who made my sandwiches. She was very patient with me and my kids and she even recommended some of her favorites that we hadn’t tried yet (the sandwiches were delicious). I just really appreciated how much these employees genuinely care about their customer’s experience. Thanks again!

My grandma and I were in there with nobody else inside for 20 minutes and were waiting to order with no service being given. We understand there is pick up orders but the place was empty and orders being left on the shelf that weren’t ready for pick up until later. You would just expect customer service to be better

Horrible service!!!!! Staff doesn’t acknowledge anyone and just sits there doing To go orders without saying anything then gives the customers an attitude I was first in line and it took 15 minutes for them to help us in person customers. Subway needs a better plan for their to go orders absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

We came in 5 til close and the guy who helped us was awesome! He was more than willing to help us, cut avocados and everything even though we felt like an inconvenience. He was awesome and everything still looked and tasted very fresh at the end of the night. Clean and great service!
