The night shift is horrible! I ordered on-line twice and both times items were missing from my order. I called the store several times and they would not answer. Then eventually they picked the phone up and hung it right up. Before these 2 incidents I ordered through the drive through and witnessed one of the staff members dropping a sauce on the floor then preceding to pick it up and put it in the next customers bag. When I told the manager she made her take the sauce back out but when I got home and was ready to eat my food mysteriously one of my items were missing and I live 30 minutes away so I did not drive back. I called the store and couldn’t get a answer. When you contact customer service everything is automated and you can’t even talk to anyone so basically I lost money by ordering from this establishment! Never again! Also they don’t even give you a full portion! Bad enough the portions are small anyways!

Absolutely horrible. I ordered Popeyes on Instacart/uber eats. Y’all left my chicken sandwich, and my families food out for at least 2 hours, because I opened the burger and the mayo was clear, and when I touched it, it was like warm butter. It didn’t even stick to my hands. And yk what’s insane? My apple pie was hotter than everything else. Do not come here unless you want a horrible experience.

I don’t know what’s going on at this store, but the service has definitely declined… The lady in the drive thru was totally RUDE… When we got home the order was completely wrong. Not sure how hard it is to get wing flavors correct, buy hey… You can’t get them to answer the phone… so I hope the owners see’s this.

Ever since this franchise was sold, the Quality of the food and service went downhill. The management staff are to busy laughing and joking , the customers are 2nd to their conversations. The food is old and the orders are wrong. As many years that I have done business with this location, both personal and commercial, I am very disappointed with the new ownership. I asked for the number to the franchise owner and was told that they cannot give it out. I now will take my business elsewhere. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Although the food is usually stale, I would go there because they have online coupons. They no longer except online coupons unless you print them out They tried to trick me and just charge me the regular price and it wouldn’t give me a total until it was time to pay I would avoid this location

I went through the drive thru today at about 230 my order was 47 dollars and some change on the screen so when I got to the window she said 52 dollars thought maybe because of the Apple pies I ordered took the amount up so I paid that amount. At the time didn’t realize the lady at the window did not give me a receipt so when I got home didn’t have my whole order. Tried calling no answer tried the tech support but without a receipt I couldn’t do anything. 52 dollars for fast food is a lot of money and now I feel like I was stolen from. So extremely annoyed I work hard and really don’t appreciate the BS of some people always trying to get over by taking advantage of another. Definitely will not be eating at any Popeyes which I normally don’t but my kids asked to eat there.

I would give a zero if it would let me. Drove a half hour to get dinner for a family of 5 only to receive attitude from employees, and missing half my order. When I got home and realized, I called, and got more attitude and told to pack my food back up and bring it in. They can’t do anything to help me even though I have the receipt and photos to prove. $70 worth of chicken, and they won’t even give you sauce at this location. Never will I step foot in this location again.

Too bad you can’t give a zero rating. The manager likes to close early and also tell people they sold out of food for the night. The heck do they pay them for? Too lazy to stay open and make food until close because lord forbid they have to cleanup after they close. The manager has a terrible attitude as well. Had to do two corporate complaints to not be treated badly when I come there.

There was a time that I used to love Popeye’s chicken, especially the red beans & rice and biscuits. The food was always fresh, but that was years ago in another state.
When I am somewhat desperate for something quick to eat, Popeye’s has been a major disappointment and this Iocation was no different.
This was my first and last visit to this location and maybe all locations. What is wrong with all of these people messing up the food and/or serving substandard food?
The biscuit was baked too long, the strips was barely warm and the fries were cold.
After eating 1 strip, I could not chew parts of the 2nd strip and did not trust eating anymore of this food.
