I’m a big fan of Top Golf. I had the opportunity to try it in Chicago and Kansas City quite a few years ago. I’m thankful that they have decided to expand into the North East. It’s nice to have an activity to do in the winter and on colder days when there isn’t much to do. We tried it today when it was 17 degrees out. It wasn’t ideal, but I also feel that we tried to push the envelope. I would feel comfortable going to Top Golf on any day in the future where it’s above 32 degree and not windy. Our server Aiden was great. My kids love the chip and guacamole. Although it wasn’t ideal in the cold, it was still fun and inspired our family to go back and try golfing again. There were great specials as well on the golf to accommodate for the colder weather.

Me and my friends went to play some golf in Canton on Saturday. The last time I was at Topgolf was in 2018 in Kansas.
Parking was really easy, there’s a big parking lot in front of the building. Once you enter, a very professional and modern lobby welcomes you with nice personnel who immediately help you with any of your questions and of course a bunch of golf gear which could be purchased right there.
We pre-booked a bay, and I highly recommend booking in advance as the bays can get taken very fast. The scenery is amazing, each bay has ample seating (good for groups), big variety of clubs, modern machines with proper software and screens to show everything related to your swings. You can bring your own set of clubs if you’d like.
The waitress who served us was very nice. We only got drinks so I can’t really comment on their food options but I believe that I wouldn’t be let down with their snacks. The price of booking a bay is $46 for an hour, which is acceptable for all the services you get. The more people you go with, the cheaper it gets per person if you split the cost. I recommend booking the bay for at least 1.5 hours if you go with a group of 4 people. There are options on extending stay at the bay’s kiosk and you pay right there which is very convenient. Don’t be afraid if you didn’t bring a coat/jacket on a colder day as each bay has an overhead heater.
Overall, we had a great time! If you want to come play some golf, this is a great spot! I’m happy the concept and approached hasn’t changed much since my last time at Topgolf. I will come again for sure!

Such a cool place to go to! Super fun, great service and attention too. The food is pretty good and the drinks are awesome actually. Perfect spot for a party and fun time with friends. We will be back again and again!

Did a reservation before we went but found it so weird that they say they have 2 hour wait when there are so many bays that are empty.
Thankfully we had a reservation.
We got our bay and it was fine. We ordered food and it came at a reasonable time but our server didn’t give us any cutlery and napkins until we asked for it. Isn’t that part of the service.
We did enjoy playing the games, only thing when it went to the white spot, the screen was never about to show the same.
To my honest opinion, the Edison one is much better and managed very well. All bays are in use when they say it’s a 2 hour wait.

Topgolf is such a blast! The food was surprisingly delicious (definitely not your average “activity spot” menu) and perfect to share while hanging out between turns. What makes it extra fun is that you don’t have to be a golf pro—or even know how to hold a club—to enjoy it. There are so many different games, some super easy and playful for beginners, and others that really challenge the experts. Whether you’re there to laugh and just swing away or to compete seriously with friends, there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect mix of food, fun, and friendly competition—I can’t wait to go back!

I went to this Top Golf 5 times out within a 2-3 month period and I have mixed reviews. The first time it was spectacular. The waiter was great. She took our order, joked around a bit and we had a table in the center of the second floor. The second time was to celebrate my engagement and we were seated all the way in the corner on the first floor which wasn’t the best. What made it worse was that the waiter was really bad. She hardly came to us and was rude when we asked for more chips on our 3 seperate orders of chips with dip. She was nice to the people next to us but really ruined our experience with how rude she was and how she hardly asked us if we needed anything. The third time, my group had the same waiter from the second time and this time her service was worse. She only took my order because I asked if she could, and she left after taking my order and didn’t ask the other 4 people in my party if they wanted or needed anything. 90% of the time she was standing by the door to the bar talking to another waiter and when she brought our food it was disgusting. Not going to make any assumptions on why but I will say every other day before then the food was excellent. The last time I went to Top Golf, the waiter, the food and the table we had were great. I really enjoyed it but I still saw the waiter that was rude and inattentive and it made me believe that the standards weren’t great. I complained to Top Golf after the second and third visit with no response or outreach so I decided after my fourth visit to stop giving this business my money and focus on business where your experience matters and all customers are valued.

Awesome activity with friends, the games available were very entertaining! All the food was great, my personal favorite was the macaroni bites. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Can’t wait to come back with more friends and family.
