We’ve lived in Roseville since the early ‘80s and yet, I’ve never been here! Till a couple of days ago, when we decided to give it a try. We’re SO glad we did! The food was tasty, plentiful and affordable too. We ordered from the lunch menu, and our son got a few cheese quesadillas, which were very big! He said they were “really good”, and he’s very picky so that’s a good sign. We ordered the cheese enchiladas (great) and chicken burrito (also great). I appreciated the fact that they were not overly salty, but just flavorful and good-sized portions. I had only one enchilada in my order and it was still very filling. Our server, Yvonne, was so sweet and friendly even my teenager commented on it! He said he felt very comfortable there, which is notable because he has special needs, and places where he feels comfortable are not a given, but this restaurant was. We’ll definitely be back!

Tasty, authentic Mexican food options serving beer and wine as well. We enjoyed two combo plates. One with a beef taco and chicken enchilada and the other with a beef taco, burrito and tamale. We thought it was all delicious. The service was quick and attentive. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes!

I was here for a party and they were very accommodating. The food was great. It was my first time eating there, but will not be my last! I am mad that I didn’t take any pictures of the food. Next time!

We used to enjoy the location in North Auburn before they closed and saw that this location gets good reviews, so thought we would try it.
Horrible mistake! I can’t really think of a single good thing to say. Service was extremely slow but we couldn’t get angry because we felt bad for the overworked server. She was covering the entire restaurant, including all the tables, the register, the front counter, the phone and seating customers. We occasionally saw the manager, but he did not seem to be helping out at all.
We were hopeful that the food would make up for the wait. We were wrong. The flour tortillas were hard, the rice was hard, the beans were hard and, worst of all, there was a layer of grease at the bottom of my chili Colorado (see photo).
We’re still looking for good Mexican food in the area, but this is definitely not it!

Very vibrant restaurant. They provided chip & salsa when you sat down. Ordered pork tamale & pork burrito with side of rice & bean. Asked for veggies to be put in the burrito but was placed on a separate plate. Which it wasn’t a big deal. My pork burrito was packed with meat. Super delicious. Side of rice & bean was cooked prefect & season well. My tamale was probably not the best on my plate. Tamale was lack on favor & it was dry. The sauce that came with it didn’t have much favor either. Horchata tasted different than what I normally had but it was still good.
