The ribs, how come I can see the Seasoning, but can’t taste. The meat falls off the bone. But not a lick of Smoke, Charcoal, Pellets Nothing. I think the ribs were boiled, then baked with the seasoning on top. The fries tasted Stale. Potato Salad, why use dill relish but add Sugar ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. The ribs were not properly trimmed, fat on the back of the ribs, and the membrane was not pulled off. The bread was something untoasted, but I liked it.
The Services was great, polite, professional young lady assistanted us. The Catfish was good, well seasoned. Real Catfish a plus.

Such a great hole in the wall, walk up and order to go. They had a little bit of everything in the menu. We chose the catfish plate and it was great ! The flavor was yummy and the food was done really quickly and the staff were nice. Easy in and easy out.

I called in an order close to closing. They forgot my fries so I went back up and offered to take any side they had since I knew they were trying to close up. They were adamant about giving me the fries I ordered instead of subbing them for something else they had. They literally dropped me some fresh fries when they didn’t have to. 5 stars all around on the food and especially the service.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten, better yet, attempted to eat. The barbecue pork sandwich was awful. Taste and consistency were like some institutional mystery meat. I believe it came out of a can. The slab of ribs was even worse. No bbq or smoke flavor. If I was a betting man, I would wager that they were boiled and finished by baking them in the oven. On top of that, they were 50% fat.

The fish was awesome!! Crispy and not greasy nor salty. The potato salad was a little bland though, but great texture. Added my owe touches when I got home. I’ll definitely be returning.

Stopped here for lunch while passing by Grenada on I-55 on Tuesday. It was so delicious, we had to stop on the way back on Thursday.
The catfish is amazing as are the tater babies and baked beans. Pulled pork sandwich, hush puppies, fries and cole slaw were also delicious.
On the way back through, I tried their burger (small) and it had to be a 1/3 or maybe even a 1/2 pound patty. delicious as well.
Service was excellent and the staff was friendly.
This will become a mandatory stop on future trips down the I-55 interstate.
