I was there January 25, 2026 at night time there were 3 cops in line, so they must know something i don’t know, so I came inside to check this place out. As soon as you crack the front door open, the smell comes right at you. It’s a blend of savory meat and roasted vegetables – not bland – but a seasoning i can’t put my finger in. I love when a place makes the foods right on front of you. The had a bunch of people there already eating and in line. Never been to a Cava myself. I knew i was in for a surprise. I hoped the food tasted as good as it looks. Sorry – I can’t tell you what i ordered. I asked the lady to make me what sells and no onions. She said she got me and put something together for me. It was greens, hummus, meat and some other stuff in a bowl. She said it was new. Oh yeah, she did that! The flavors of this bowl was melody-binding. They knew how to match the stuff with the other stuff (I sound so 3rd grade right now). But hey, they have a couple of other things I want to try next time. This isn’t a place you’ll find common pizza-ish / burger-ish / taco-ish stuff. You’ll be set for about 11 visits of completely different textures and flavors at the least. You should make this a must visit at least once place of you appreciate crafted dishes.

Wonderful First Experience at CAVA!
This was my first time ever trying CAVA, and I was beyond impressed! The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, patient, and helped me pick out the perfect meal. The food was so delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can truly taste the quality in every bite.
CAVA definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ll be back for sure, and I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t tried it yet to give it a visit — you won’t be disappointed!

This is my #1 Go to for Lunch in the city of Jacksonville. The atmosphere is welcoming the staff are friendly and the food is Delicious. I get the power greens with Brown rice black lentils, sweet potatoes, feta with red pepper hummus, tomatoes, onions, black olives with garlic sauce. Then you’re able to go back to work without feeling sluggish or blah. 10 for 10

The food was delicious but it’s so busy that it’s incredibly slow. Food sat for a while before it got to us, so it was cold. The customization is very good and was accurately followed, but the app needs to allow for no grains and double greens instead. The amount of food was also very good.

Excellent food quality. Lots of options to customize the bowls. Prices are higher than chipotle however quality and quantity both seem to be better! Very busy place so got to wait in line. Clean and well maintained facility.

There has been many times when the food was good, but my personal opinion, write bad reviews on 3 separate occasions. And today I got half a bowl, no chicken, a load of corn and a sprinkle of tomato. Isn’t the reason they tell you you can add as many vegetables you want, so you can fill your stomach? Then why is it every time I order online vs my order in store, I get a handful of veggies andwhen I’m there, I get a bursting cornucopia of vegetables? Love the service, but the manager putting it all together for me today and forgetting about one of the proteins isn’t acceptable. Please, tighten up. Nothing bad to say about the food, it is usually the people putting it together, and I understand lunch rush, but in the end consistentcy is key, and you get bad reviews for bad products

I came into CAVA extremely late about 20 minutes before closing Marti, Geniyah, Iris and Gabby were extremely helpful!! I was undecided on what I wanted to eat, and both Iris and Janiya helped me figure out my order and then because there was an extra bowl that another customer did not want, they gave it to me on the house so now I have lunch for tomorrow!! I always have a hard time finding healthy food to eat so extremely late at night and this just made my day!! Please make sure you pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed!!

Next time I will check at the location for quality. After I upgraded my bowl with avocado. Avocado was brown and not edible, lost my appetite and threw it all in the garbage. Do better Cava. I basically threw away a $20 bill.

I had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. What really made my visit stand out, though, was the amazing service. Ms.Jackie was absolutely wonderful friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Her positive attitude and great customer service truly enhanced the experience. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend 10 out of 10
