After a long, busy wait at the drive-thru, I ordered the Southwest grilled chicken salad with tortillas for the second time. When I got home, I discovered there were no tortillas in the bag. This is really disappointing after paying for something and not receiving it.
The employees were great, although it seems the place is understaffed, and the atmosphere feels like they are not paid very well. Please don’t take this as a complaint against the employees — they are doing their best. However, the owners need to improve staffing, keep the place properly stocked, and make sure customers receive what they paid for.

I consider myself a Jack in the Box connoisseur as I’ve been eating there every now and again since childhood and at multiple locations across the country. Some experiences have been great. Others not so much. But this location is my favorite in terms of food, staff/service and a clean cozy dining area. If I’m ever in Renton and the craving hits, I’ll be coming back here!! I love their new menu items like the fajita jack wrap and the boba tea. They are also the one fast food place that still seems to have a genuine Value Menu, all the others have forgotten how to charge less than $5 for a menu item.

When I’m in the area late at night this is my favorite Jack in the Box to stop at because their dining room is open 24 hours and the manager on shift and the other employees that I’ve encountered always have a smile and give me my food quickly

I work nights so when I get off work I swing by sometimes at 3:30am ish. They never have what they advertised.
I have been by twice in the past week. First time I ordered a medium, today I was told they only had small or large cups so I went with the large. Tell me why when I got my my drink it was a medium despite being charged for a large meal. It was literally the same size drink as a few days ago when I ordered a medium. It’s such a joke at night/early morning. I will just go somewhere else cause this isn’t the first time or even the third time I have had issues

Terrible, the food was so old and dry. The fries were so old and dry that they could literally break a tooth, inedible. They also forgot my sauce. My dog wouldn’t even touch this if I offered lol, can’t believe they served this to a human. Never coming back

They sold me a burger with moldy tomato. I immediately went to the site, filed a complaint because…duh & I felt VERY sick afterwards. They forwarded the complaint to the store owner who completely ignored me. Literally crickets. So I’ll post this here & let y’all know to condemn this place immediately
