This restaurant is amazing. My first time here was Thursday, and I’m already back again on Tuesday. safe to say I’m hooked! I had the whole snapper, my partner had the Americano burger, and we shared the chicken tortilla soup as an appetizer. Everything was incredible, the soup is an absolute must-try. The service was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, which made the experience even better. And the drinks? Off the charts!!!!!!10/10. This is officially our new spot!

OOOOOOOOOOOO BOY OH BOY!!!! If you haven’t showed up here yet, you are missing out. People! Make a reservation and get down here. The food is SOOOO GOOOD OMG!!!! The Tacos are #1 and you have to try them. They do have an open seating , 1st come 1st serve at the bar. Staff are super friendly and the food is nice and hot. They also have outdoor seating for those nice days and they also have corn hole out there while you wait on a table or your having a drink just having fun. The sign outside says they have the best Tacos in Maryland. I say, come on Google – let’s put their Cubano sandwich on the map. I had the JesseJay bowl with no cheese. My daughter had the Cubano sandwich. Both are highly recommended!!!
JesseJay’s is a great local hang out that you much check out. It’s welcoming and cozy – the wait staff is helpful and kind. The seating is close but it was never too loud. It was very easy to have a conversation.
Drinks from the bar were great testing. Their bartenders know how to pore.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Enjoy an authentic Latin experience.
The owner is awesome, staff is stellar, the food is delicious. I have been there 3 times and the menu had something new the last two times. I have tried something different each time and I was not disappointed. I have a little one that is a picky eater and when he tried their chicken and rice his eyes lit up and he exclaimed “That’s good!” I recently tried a fall seasonal cocktail and it was scrumptious, I highly recommend trying one. All that to say, I’ll be back!

This is a very great spot. Only thing missing is a beach and waves right next to the place. This place provides that European, Latin American atmosphere. The drinks are amazing. Had the Pina colada and the Mrs. Had the mango margarita and boy oh boy we’ll be back just for those alone lol.
The street tacos are really good but we will be back to try out the entrees so stand by for a follow up review. But please come and enjoy the drinks, music, and great service.

This little gem was quite exceptional and very worth while. I had the fiesta bowl, with steak, and wanted to go back again the next day. The interior was cozy and the locals obviously fight for seats here. The Bon Bon coffee shot was also really good.

Their yucca fries, tacos (of any kind), maduros, mufungo, churrasco, guacamole, and burritos do not disappoint. We are particularly enamored by their chicken taco salads.
We have been frequent diners since 2019, and Jessie Jays only keeps getting better! This place is a “must-visit”—or take-out—if you happen to find yourself anywhere near Annapolis, Shady Side, Maryland, the Mid-Atlantic, North America, or Planet Earth!

Outstanding! First time there since it changed owners. Sat at the outside bar. Great service. Food was authentic, delicious and reasonably priced. I got a taco salad with huge amount of fish on it. My husband got a Cuban sandwich which was a big portion as well. The bartender was knowledgeable and very friendly.
