I couldn’t tell you much about this Jack in the box except that it’s in a nice neighborhood, it was not crowded, and it was very clean. We were there to kill about 20 minutes and I got some onion rings and some seasoned curly fries. My girl attacked the seasoned curly fries and even though she almost never eats junk food, she admitted that they were so good. The onion rings were also good but since I started going to Jack in The box in the 1960s, I was a little shocked about the $4.50 + or – price tag. The taste was great as always, but it seems like the onion rings themselves were a little thinner.

I have been a loyal customer to this location since 1993. my day started off great until I decided to go here not only was she not paying attention when I placed my order order I get we got into a discussion about about the commercial on TV about about their birthday anniversary anniversary tacos for two for $.75 I understand it’s an online thing didn’t catch that because who really watches all of the commercials but as a senior citizen if we don’t order food on our phones, that’s what that drive-through kiosk is for she was giving me a small coffee instead of the . large coffee I ordered and to top it off. I got no receipt so I couldn’t do their survey. Can’t scan it to get points to get to be able to afford going to this location so yeah not a happy camper today she ruined my day

All I ordered was curly fries and paid for old fries that had been sitting under a heat lamp. Do better Jack in the box. I think it’s stupid they’re getting paid $20hr to do the absolute bare minimum. I ended up throwing them away.

It’s so disappointing we can’t order online at this location & for that reason, we don’t order here often. The food is ok, but the portions are small & it’s only getting more expensive. I feel like other fast food places provide a better value & more convenience with online ordering.

Tried the Cluck Deluxe Sandwich combo, which is brand new. Fried chicken breast sandwich with lettuce tomato bacon guacamole mayonnaise, yellow cheese (Cheddar?) on a brioche bun. Comes with fries and drink. The Cluck Deluxe Sandwich was a little busy for my taste – didn’t seem like all the ingredients blended together all that well. Next time I’ll try the plain Cluck Sandwich. The people working there were very nice.
The next night I tried the regular Cluck Sandwich. This is just the brioche bun, the fried chicken filet, sauce and two pickles. Unfortunately, the simplicity of the regular sandwich brought out the weaknesses in the ingredients. The bun did not taste like anything, the pickles were too small in diameter and thickness, and the fried chicken did not have any crunchiness to it because the batter was too thin.
Visually the presentation of the regular Cluck Sandwich was poor, especially compared to the Deluxe version.

I came to this spot as I wanted something quick. I didn’t expect to have to wait 15 minutes. The older guy with a blue hat just stared at us as he proceeds to talk amongst the girls in the back. The one girl (younger Hispanic brunette working the drive through) just stared at us with no confirmation of our presence. There was a younger girl sweeping the lobby with no sense of urgency. We stood there as she proceeded to sweep the whole lobby then disappeared. The experience was ridiculous so we decided to go tonthe next spot right across the 15 freeway bridge. I will never visit that spot again and management needs to figure out how to be more effective. I’m surprised people in this area tolerate this.

Bought 4 tacos and a drink inside. Just love the tacos. Even tho the drive thru was busy, I got my order in just less than 5 minutes. A lot different from my last visit. But once again the employee lacked any type of customer service skills.

I thought Jack everything was made fresh guess not for me I just walked in ordered 2 breakfast Jacks they were definitely not just made who knows when they were made but I could tell they were thrown in microwave and served to me I would taken them back but I was already down the road not stopping here ever again

Today I had the opportunity to visit this establishment.I first started by practically being ignored, the manager seemed to be in a discussion with one of the employeesAnd after a few minutes of being ignored I proceeded to go to the bathroom instead. It was only them 2 on the floor at that moment.
And the girl working the drive thru, but she just looked at me.
I think someone with a managerial position should have the ability to start and stop a conversation with an employee to make sure that the customers get service we need. Furthermore, any manager having an issue with any employee should address it in private with said employee. I dont know it its standard protocol to not give managers name out. Because even the girl in drive thru refused to give me her name. Btw the girl in drive thru was about 5’5″ light skinned lastly, I hot my food by the girl in drive thru and she said. “Give me a few seconds please, I’ve to get spoons. Which in her return hand me a red long skinny spoon.
I think those are for ice cream or something.
Anyways I just wanted to share this thanks
