This Chick Fil A location has very professional staff members that care about the quality of the food that they are serving. The staff can handle a rush of customers consistently and provide accurate orders. Keep up the good work -The only problem that I have is that they store marks orders as “Ready For Pick Up” but when you ask the employee about the order, sometimes the order is not ready for a couple of minutes. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A ‘s and of course service is always pleasant but this time I felt like this associate went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcomed. The attention to detail and connections she makes especially with the children is immaculate and amazing. I didn’t get the chance to grab her name, I was I would because I definitely want to make sure her actions don’t go unseen. She was in her mid 30s, darker complexion lady. Once again thank you for your hospitality!!!!

Very poor customer service. The manager (Asian woman wearing a long gray Chick-fil-A jacket in the drive-thru lane) was extremely rude. I tried asking a question about my order, but she ignored me and walked away like she didn’t hear me.

I was simply trying to separate my team’s order into five different transactions so nothing would get mixed up. The look and attitude she gave me were completely unnecessary. If helping customers is an issue, customer service may not be the right job. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Visited this location on 2/4/26 (order 4176738). I order chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich and other items. My complaint are the chicken products, the taste was totally off and undercooked. It was too late for me to come return and address the issue. I threw them away. Please ensure the chicken products are cooked accordingly.

While Chick-fil-A boasts friendly and hardworking employees, its closure on Sundays is a drawback. The dedication of the staff to take orders outside adds to the positive experience. However, the Sunday closure raises questions about accessibility. If someone is a Chick-fil-A fan, finding an alternative on Sundays becomes a challenge, leaving a gap in an otherwise enjoyable dining choice.

The slowest drive through experience ever. The drive through lane was moving 10x faster than the mobile app lane. I sat for 30mins in mobile lane and watched 20+ cars order and leave on drive through. This is very bad. And it wasn’t rush hour or busy time.

I came here for the first time about a week ago with my boyfriend and the service in the drive through was excellent, it was very quick and efficient. The food was also very good, it was hot and fresh and came out rather quickly. Will definitely be back again in the future if I’m ever around again.

I visited this Chick-fil-A location on their grand opening day. The lines were quite long, but they have 2 drive through lanes to accommodate the customers. The opening of this location hopefully will mitigate the crazy traffic in the other location in Christopher Colombus. Their service is expected from Chick-fil-A, fast and dependable.

I went in there to get a spicy chicken deluxe meal and all I needed was 10 cents. Did I have higher bills, yes but I wasn’t going to break bigger bills over 10 cents. Anywho, I said I can grab 10 cents from my car and be right back to give them the 10 cents I owed.
I was immediately told my order would be canceled. Perplexed I said I can be right back with the 10 cents. Finally a girl next to me gave them 10 cents. Mind you it wasn’t busy in there. I was the only one in line besides another girl that came in after I had been rung up AND there was a register open right next to the register I was being rung up at. There is no reason for it. It’s unprofessional for one of the employees to say that to me.
