Service could have been better. Order was correct but items were missing when given to us. I understand fast food isn’t the best job but a better attitude wouldn’t hurt. Food was great, only except half of one of our burger patties was burnt into a rock.

This is the only Burger King in my area. Historically, I like Burger King better than other national chains. I’ve been there about 6 times in the last 3 years, through the drive thru Each time, I got a very, very dried out, barely lukewarm-meat whopper with a slightly hard bun. Business might improve over there if they get back to just making their unhealthy food at least taste good. Nothing comes through the drive thru window warm or fresh. Gross. Just gross.

First time here. I was the only customer and they still manage to mess up my order. They gave me fries instead of the cheese tots in the bikini bottom meal. I ate the half the burger as I drove back to my place to find out tots’ missing. I drove back and ask for the tots and ask if I can get another burger since it’s cold now just so they can make up for this. The lady freakin laughed as if I’m scamming them for a damn burger. They did not apologize and just gave me the missing tots. What a joke

Waited in drive thru window for 10 minutes for 3 small burgers. Finally got the guy at the windows attention only for him to park me at the front. Waited another 10 minutes and still no food ready. I had walked back inside to get my refund only to find out the burgers I had ordered were given to someone else. Keep in mind there was no line inside nor in the drive thru to be waiting that long for 3 small burgers. Very bad service.

I only do drive through breakfast here and the person who works the drive through (Jose I think) is very friendly and nice. They’re a little slow but the food is always hot and fresh. Meets my expectations for a Burger King.

You would figure that with as much money as Burger King brings in, they would modernize their stores. Their burgers are good, their service is good, but the atmosphere is a downer. Playground was closed and used as storage, outside was not kept up and dirty. Make your restaurants appealing and you’ll bring more customers.
