My husband and I have been coming here since we moved to the area and almost most of our visits have been a disappointment. The staff is not reading order details nor paying attention to the orders they just making it their way. And when asked to be made again have an attitude about it. This time I’ve had it but we were in a rush so I couldn’t go backto have it fixed. I order 2 drinks the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Grappe and a Brown Shaken Expresso and the way it was made was horrible. The caramel frappe taste mostly like ice and milk no caramel or the crunch were tasted and the brown shaken expresso was also tasteless and too much milk.

Atmosphere pretty plain. Though the ceiling was leaking and posed a safety hazard. The register lady smiled and said there was someone on the way to fix the water coming from the lightening. Wow. So. Don’t touch anything in this Starbucks that may electricute you

Online ordered a strawberry refresher from this location. Drink I received was completely watered down with little to no flavor. $6 for a tall glass of water is a little overrated in my book. Quality should never be inconsistent especially when it wasn’t even busy at the location. I was the only one in line and the place was empty.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks. You should get consistent service and, especially, consistent products. I went to his location earlier this week, ordered an iced shaken drink through the app, and received a cup full of ice all the way to the top, with very little of the actual drink. Frustrating for an almost $7 drink. The employees here could pay more attention to what they are doing, and the management can definitely monitor better their employees.

Very friendly, courteous, and hardworking staff. Someone commented about how noisy it is, that is the sound of many (8 I saw) hardworking staff. No personnel checking their texts, etc. All are focused on doing their job. Oh, and the coffee is good too!
