I had to leave a review for Mary and Peyton. The whole Starbucks experience has become so transactional as baristas rush through an endless stream of orders.
But these 2 were an absolute JOY from the time I walked in to helping me branch out with a new drink (designed by Mary no less). This was a treat and they should be commended for their customer service excellence.

Food not good. Drinks over priced. I had a gift card to use i tired using it online. It was for 10 bucks so got 2 bagels with cream cheese. I was at the check out phase but it looked like it didn’t go thur. It acted like there was not enough money to pay for the food on the gift card when obviously there was. So anyways my mom goes to the store to use them since we were having trouble online. She gets their and the lady said they were used even tho they weren’t. So anyways my mom comes home tells me what the lady said. So I look further thur my Starbucks app and I told her oh look it must have went thur because it has an order number and a date and the cards where used. So we go back to the store and sure enough our food was sitting on the counter. But I dont get why they couldn’t send me an email or let me know that my order went thur. Because it certainly didn’t say anything on the app or email. I had to look thur the history in the app. 2 bagels with a dollar something cream cheese for 10 bucks is crazy. I think in the store or Panera bread is better. Over priced establishment. I dont see why ppl are obsessed with star bucks. There coffee is over priced too. You can make your own or go to Mc donalds and get one cheaper. Crazy. And u have to get a code to use the bathroom. Wow. Crazy star bucks must think their up there on the chain.

waited 20 minutes inside the establishment to finally receive two “hot” coffee cold. i’m very understanding with food industries an im understanding with wait time . very disappointing with the crew working , didn’t ask for a name for the orders , the barista knew she messed up when she said “ oh shit” and grabbed my order from the drive thru AFTER waiting 20 minutes for two standard coffees all while a worker off the clocks runs back and forth from behind the counter and get her order before paying customers.

Please stop leaving reviews disparaging this place. This starbucks is always busy. They are always short staffed because people don’t want to work and quit and get fired constantly. Also, door washers need to be patient and stop being rude waiting for orders. They cannot control how many orders they get at once and with 2 people working it is impossible to keep up. Give the employees some leeway and stop being disrespectful!

I generally don’t leave negative reviews, but after my third consistent time spending longer than should ever be necessary in a drive thru i feel the need. I have had a few waits here and generally I don’t complain because I’m not in a rush, but I came today to order at 6:15 pm prior to my 7 pm shift. It is currently 6:42 and I still have another car in front of me for two simple drinks. Now I’m worried I’m going to be late for my shift, which I should have had more than enough time to get to but instead have spent an absurd amount of time. It took several minutes for anyone to greet me at the drive thru screen as well. I’m not sure if the issue is staffing. As of right now, I can see at least 3 people inside. I don’t want to be mean but this needs attention for people who cannot afford to spend 30 minutes waiting.

The employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful but they seem to be chronically understaffed. I feel bad for the workers because this is a very busy location and they really do their best to keep up with the heavy volume of work. Hopefully the employees will unionize and get better working conditions and better compensation because they really work incredibly hard.

This is one of the most unorganized Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They get a little bit of business and the staff completely falls apart and you wait for 30 to 45 minutes for your order for it to not even be correct when you get it.

Ordered drink and breakfast sandwich inside waiting 45min an asked for a refund an was handed a 4$ card but I already paid for a 5$ sandwich plus I dont want to go back would rather had my money back or the sandwich so I could eat. Like some other reviews say, staff up or at least treat the inside customer as good as the drive thru. Also had issues here before.

12/21/2025 @ 9:00 am in the morning. Drive thru with a line around the building, but Starbucks was closed. Why?? Your hours said you were open. If you’re closed during normal business hours, you should block the drive through, or put an apology sign on the speaker. This prevents dozens of your (former) customers from pointlessly sitting in line for a coffee they can never get.

I purchased a hot drink yesterday, no cup sleeve. Service was just ok, waited too long for one coffee. I went in next day and so that I would not agrémiate my hand by holding the hot cup without the sleeve , I asked. They are out again. Cant Mngt order the necessary items for the store? Guess not.
