DO NOT GO HERE. Order your smoothies elsewhere. The customer service is the worst that I’ve ever seen. The employees have the absolute worst attitudes. They don’t smile, they don’t even greet you or acknowledge you when you come in. When you’re next up in line, you have to be the one to walk right up and talk first. They have nothing but attitudes, rude energy and bad service. I’ve tried giving this place a chance a few times, but it’s always been meet with disappointment, rolled eyes, angry or depressed faces, and cold food. They always give you the food cold. It seems like the poor attitudes and customer service has been a continuing problem with this place, and even the other comments will tell you. If an employee doesn’t want to be nice, greet you and smile, then they shouldn’t be working on customer service. If you’re shy, then you’re in the wrong profession. Stop hiring unfriendly people! I won’t be coming here again and I suggest you don’t as well, unless you like unfriendly service , bad attitudes, unsanitary dirty bathroom and store, cold food, and watered down watery flavorless smoothies. This has all been a recurring theme at these places and nothing has changed

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves attention. Please stop letting teenagers run the establishment without supervision. I placed a smoothie order at 8:38 p.m. (well before closing at 9), and arrived at 8:42 to pick it up. The girl working told me they had already cleaned up and put everything away. Moments later, another young employee started making the order while they both made faces at each other. Completely unprofessional. Never again. Do better and teach proper customer service.

The customer service and unfriendly attitudes are awful and the owner and management needs to do something about about it. They don’t greet you, they are rude and don’t smile. It’s dirty too. Go elsewhere for a smoothie

Best food and smoothie I’ve had from any location in a while, maybe ever. It was the busiest inside I’ve ever seen inside too. It was last day of tropic fan fest, so free smoothies with entree purchase is what brought me in. Despite the line going out the door, the two younger women running the business handled it great! Maybe management can give them another hand for the busy days?
