Another trip that DID NOT DISAPPOINT (on 11/1, lunch)!! The cook did a phenomenal job of preparing the pizza, it was so delicious and yummy! Perfectly prepared, perfectly cooked, and that perfect “crunch” of the crust! The person who rang me out on the register was kind, courteous, and professional. And so friendly! I am never disappointed when I choose Sir Pizza on N Fayetteville St for my lunch or supper! Thank you to all those folks who work so hard to deliver such a memorable and pleasant experience! Yes this is one of asheboro’s local Hangouts. The pizza was great, the house salad was great. And the spaghetti with mushrooms was great. If you haven’t been there you need to give it a try.

I have been coming to this location since I was a child, and I am no spring chicken. It is my go to for comfort food and has been my favorite pizza place most of my life. I have eaten most everything on the menu throughout the years and my order is normally always the same, except during both of my pregnancies and Sir Pizza was so kind to oblige my hormonal orders.
Fresh salads that nobody can match, a deluxe pizza that will make you want to slap your neighbor and a spaghetti dinner that makes you feel like you just got the biggest warm hug. This place is a legendary!

Giving 2 stars because the food is good. But they are lucky they are getting that. The Food Safety standards at this location are TERRIBLE. Nobody is wearing hats or hairnets, people continuously leave the kitchen and come back without washing their hands, they are on their phones and leaning all over the counters, also without washing hands. I’ve seen one of the younger gentleman even go out to his car and come back in and start prepping food without washing hands. Every time I go in there it looks more like an after high school program than a business. Whoever is in charge either has no backbone or doesn’t care about cleanliness. On this most recent visit one of the employees even had a kid that looked about 3 years old running around the kitchen area which is not only unsanitary but unsafe. I honestly don’t think I’m going back there. I’ve been living in Asheboro 3 years and it’s always been like this. It’s not like they have a district manager as these are privately owned so if this is how it is then the owner doesn’t care either.
