We have been to the Spokane location but the Hayden location was even better! The service was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and continuously checking in and truly cared about our experience. The food here is great (and Hayden has some specific menu items) the quality of the ingredients stands out and the meat is the true star. From the duck confit wings, pork belly taco, carnitas, birria, all of the protein has exceptional flavor and is cooked to perfection! This isn’t standard Mexican cuisine, it’s elevated and chef standard. Clean, fresh, bright, and even some combinations and ingredients that surprised us. If you love bold flavors with fresh quality ingredients this is the place!

Tried 4 different meats to get a feel for the place. The lamb by far was my favorite with a sweet savory touch. Bought carne asade, lamb, pork, and birria. All the tacos were great. The carne asade was a bit untraditional and softer but still had a great flavor. Overall it was a great place to get some creative and flavorful tacos!

Delicious food, friendly service, quick, clean, and fun music! Definitely check out the unique brunch menu (with fresh agua frescas and brunch cocktails). They make fresh tortillas and their own chips. Portions are well-sized for the plates (plan to order multiple tacos if you go that route) and prices are lower than I would expect given the excellent quality of the food. Thank you for a lovely experience!

This place is incredible! I got the pescado tacos with pinto beans and rice, and my work mate got a pork belly taco and the pescado tacos with black beans and rice. Every detail of this food is so well thought out, and they put so much attention into their presentation as well. The fresca drinks at the counter are a must too, I’ve never had one that wasn’t delicious!
Front of house and the kitchen seem like they’re always on top of their game. Super consistently beautiful food that these folks clearly put their heart into. I wish all restaurant food was this good!

Excellent service and great food. It was our first time and the lady gave suggestions and gave us samples of their aguas frescas as well as a complimentary taco. We got a taco plate which was really good. The flavors and sauces were very fresh. The lamb taco was one of my favorites.

Best taco experience ever! The owner Justin brought out extra tacos and churros for the kids and us to try and accommodated our large group. Very fun and I tried 5 different tacos, all delicious! Recommend the house margarita as well!

Absolutely phenomenal service greeted by the sweetest gentleman that had the most wonderful insights on every offering (1 from our party was very unsure of what she wanted) and with the patience of a saint and a heart to serve he went through everything in detail until she found something that sounded like it fit her needs/diet everything came out of the kitchen fresh hot and tasted so amazing!! Every dish is a labor of love including the fresh watermelon strawberry juice we enjoyed together and you can taste it in every bite!! This was the highlight of our weekend and we will definitely be back to support this business!! You are doing everything for the right reasons and it is felt by your guests! Thank you for not only a meal but a memorable experience!

This Taqueria had great reviews and some different choices in meats. We tried the Carnitas, Pork belly, Asada, and Fish tacos. Tortillas are handmade, but not the best. My favorite taco was probably the pork belly(was crispy like chicharon), and the girlfriends was the asada. The sauce on the fish taco was too sweet for my liking. It was overall okay.

Such a great experience and wish I would have asked for his name. Seemed like he was the owner but he sure made it a memorable experience and such a cool place with fantastic food! As he said it’s been open a while to take the things people don’t like off the menu! Very open on people’s opinions and thoughts I’d order everything on the menu
