I went to this sonic tonight and after ordering, waited 15 minutes for just 3 and a half bite sized chicken nuggets…that costed $6. Not worth the money or the wait at all. Just go down the road to chick fil a if you want chicken haha. I used to really like sonic when the service and prices were reasonable. They could have at least filled the container that the chicken was in, instead of throwing their smallest nuggets in there and calling it a day. Very disappointed. Shouldn’t have bothered stopping

The salted caramel croissant bites Is one of the worst things they have on the menu at the moment we could probably make them better at home. It was literally just pieces of dough cut in small rectangles and folded in half, fried and put the smallest amount of cinnamon sugar on them. They literally tasted like nothing. And the burgers that we got one of them was drowned in mayonnaise, and it was hard to eat so they really need up their game.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Never particularly had a good like for this location anyways as they almost always messed up my order but tonight tops it all. It’s dark and I trusted them and thought my chicken sandwich was good. About halfway through I am thinking it’s just a super fatty piece of chicken. Got down to the last couple bites and gave up. Remember it’s dark and I trusted my burger to be good! Got home to find out it was RAW!!! I ate raw chicken!!! They didn’t even care they had done this! NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Easily the worst sonic I’ve eaten at since moving to Lone Jack. The employees are almost always rude and never helpful. The food is never fresh or remotely even good. Most of the time, hot dog buns are stale, frito chips are stale, burgers are slopped together, the burritos this Sonic sells aren’t even the burritos they advertise. More like high school kids just throwing whatever they can together so they can all smoke pot and chase each other in the parking lot, bouncing from car to car, when they’re supposed to be working. You thought sonic had great drinks and flavors? Think again when coming to lone jack sonic. They can’t even make drinks right. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. You’d be better off digging through a garbage can to find something to eat than having these lazy kids make you anything.

I went to sonic a long time ago and they had messed up my order I tried again another time and they also messed up my order and today I gave them my last order and they did not give me my food that I had ordered and they made me pay full for a meal I couldnt even eat this is ridiculous!.

Came in to get some food today, watched 2 girls go back and forth bringing the wrong food to THREE different cars. Waited 30 minutes for the food, and it was all messed up, as well as a missing item, and this is what came in the tater tot. 7 tots.

Can not find orders, serve poor food, half filled french fries. 3.99 for large curly fry order. Container not even half filled. Had over 30 minutes to get order ready. Half filled and soggy.

We have had a lot of bad experiences at this specific sonic, but tonight 6/4/25 takes the cake. Ordered on the app. Showed up on time. Waited 35 minutes only for somebody to bring out the wrong order. Finally get the right order to open it up and have luke warm food and ice cream spilling out of the cup making a mess in the truck. People are usually friendly here, but by far the slowest and always short staffed. Major management problem at this sonic
