The service was excellent, too. Our waiter Saurav was so welcoming and made sure everything about our meal was perfect.
We’re so glad to have such a good restaurant in town and can’t wait to go back!
The menu is extensive and will surely have something for everyone. They also have an impressive amount of vegetarian and vegan dishes both appetizers and main course!
I had the aloo tikki which paired well with sweet chutney. The patties had a slight crunch and were made fresh and piping hot.
I also had the Chicken and Egg Hakka Noodles and they were perfectly seasoned al dente noodles and had just the right amount of heat. I only stopped eating because my stomach ran out of space.
Besides the delicious food, the service was also top notch. Saurav was our server and he was attentive and had excellent positive energy!
Will be coming soon! Namaste? Nah… IMMA STAY!
The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a relaxing atmosphere — perfect for both family dinners and date nights.
Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious Indian food. Every visit has been a great experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I really hope this place sticks around. It’s high-quality and brings variety that the Collingswood food scene needs!
Appetizer – Cauliflower Manchurian which was served on a sizzling plate. Tangy, not overly spicy, Our server brought my son a small bowl of extra spicy sauce to enjoy. Preferring less spicy, I ordered the Mango shrimp main course, sweet and mild as described. My son ordered the Chicken Lasooni, marinated boneless chicken pieces cooked in the tandoori. I was also served two pieces of the chicken “to try”. Delicious! Not overly spicy. My son was served a mildly spicy sauce for dipping, although we both enjoyed the flavor of the tandoori cooking method by simply squeezing a bit of lemon on the chicken. Moist & flavorful! I had the Pistachio Kulfi (an Indian version of ice cream) for dessert, very creamy & flavorful in taste, not “heavy”/overly sweet, delicious!
Namaste (Hindi) in translation means “a respectful greeting, connects to inner peace & universal oneness”. As if we were sharing dinner with friends, a warm & welcoming staff who took great care of us & prepared delicious foods. Don’t hesitate to try different flavors of foods, Namaste Restaurant, a great experience!
