It was about 8pm when we stopped in after a very loooong day. There was a young lady mopping the floor when we came in and I apologize to her for walking on it because our shoes left marks. Usually at that time of night,food isn’t that good. But it was very good and hot. Thank you!! The guy who waited on us was nice too.

An elderly lady came in ordered and got her food before we got there while we were in line she come back up and told them she only got one of two sandwiches she ordered. the manager told her she only payed for one and was told she had to wait for the line to go down before she could pay for another one. instead of taking care of her then. There was 5 families in front of us no one let her in and more coming after us when we got up to order we told her to go in front of us.she was then told she had to wait by the cashier. we told the casher to take care of her.
We thought it was vary rude of them to make her stand there while her food got cold before they made it right
Not that my opinion mean anything but they should of taken care of her before or right after the current customer. She was a paying customer and should be treated as one.
I’m not saying the cashier screwed up her order but she did get my name wrong on the receipt even though I spelled it for her and it was a bit noisy in there

I would say the fish burger is twice the size of Mc Dee’s and the horse radish

1st time visiting Eaton Ohio and stopped at Arby’s for lunch w/ a friend. Service and food was great, I had the cheesey bacon burger meal and he had the Gyro w/ potato cakes.

Went thru drive thru and ordered 3 items. Then I’m asked to pull forward which is incidentally to make corporate think your service time is better than it it is. Then the food comes out cold and half full. I asked the boy if the sauces are in the bag and he tells me he doesn’t care and walks away. First off your service time sucks. I shouldn’t have to pull forward to lie for you. Secondly you help is rude and arrogant and third your food for having to wait for it was cold, substandard and aweful.
