Really enjoyed wait 15 min after my order was ready, and watching you and your coworker take back burgers off the heating area an wipe off toppings to “remake” an order for another person. We just enjoyed our meal. Nasty. Also LOVED the managers attitude when no one got there order at the front desk and slapped fries into the trash . Such positive atmosphere at this location.

I’m not to place bad reviews unless it’s warranted! So my thing is I will wait as long as necessary to get my food prepared at least by fast food standards done to order. My hash browns were cold warmed by light, like if they were prepared since they opened mind you I was there a little past 8am. They were hard and warmed lightly only on the outside. I understand the frozen food warmed by a microwave so I’ll let that slide.

Best Burger King I’ve been to! Play place is open and my kids loved it, very large compared to most typical play areas now.
Dining area is updated and clean. Food was fresh and fast. Will return.

I went through the drive thru and order, three kids meals and a number one with cheese he charged me for extra items. When I got to the window. I advised him that was not part of my order and asked him to remove it. He slammed the window brought my food I advised him again that he added Items that I did not order. he asked me if I wanted the item that I did not order, I said no. He slammed the window and brought me my money back for those items. He was very rude and I’m not sure if he did not understand english or not. I asked for the Lady to come up. She just looks lost. Will not be back.
Just got home. He missed my daughter apple juice, all the food is cold and burger wasn’t made correctly but was charged for extra.

Just walked out of the store after standing at the counter for 10minutes with No help.
Zero customer service or support from the guy at the drive through window taking orders, one person making burgers and no other team members found.
Even after leaving the store not taking any orders and no help the workers just stare at us walking out like this was normal.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Burger King. Today I sat in the drive thru and nobody helped me, so I went inside and they said they’re short staffed. They also can’t understand what you’re ordering, so they’ll ring up your order wrong (you’re better off using the app to avoid talking with the staff). Love the food – hate the management of this location.

Surprise surprise 3.2 stars. I come here 2 times a week for lunch and they always get the order wrong. Today I went back in to get the sauce they forgot and 4 employees who helped me 3 seconds prior all stare at me, then walk away. So I grabbed the sauce pack myself and magically all the employees re appeared and started screaming at me. Maybe get it right the first time, or don’t ignore me after making eye contact and run away. Just can’t get a decent staff anywhere. Managers don’t care, employees don’t care and corporate just doesn’t care. How about you just say whoops we are sorry how can we help. Instead make the situation 10x worse. It’s literally the reason you work at Burger King at 30+ year olds. Pathetic. Now I am sure I will get a cool useless automatic google reply. Meanwhile this Burger King will still provide 3.2 star service…

I go to this BK 1-3 times a month. My orders have always been correct and the food is always hot. Workers are always friendly. My only complaint is that if you order anything with chicken, they usually have you pull around the drive-thru and wait by the front door for a couple minutes.

All staff at drive thru only wearing masks on chin. All of them. If they do not believe in following safety guidelines then what make you think for one second they follow other food safety protocols??
Food was cold. Check out my Whopper JR in the photo. Bun is so burnt. Burnt black and hard as a rock. But I’m sure they didn’t notice the color or smell when the ingredients were added.
Personal pride. Get some.
