I’ve been going there for yrs, and the last 9 orders have been messed up, or they gave me the wrong pizza or evien though I ordered through the app I still have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. It’s ridiculous.
Tonight I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas both thin crust. I got home and noticed 1 pizza was thin crust with 2 toppings and the other was original crust with only 1 topping. I’m soo mad , this happens way to often for me so I think I’m going to stop eating dominos. The sad part was that I had a little gathering at my house and couldn’t leave again. A score from 1-10 would be a -3 due to my past experiences with this one on Aldine mail rt.

Did an order for car side pick up. Got there. The app said it was ready. I checked in and waiting 15 mins. Went in and the staff were rude. Slid the food through the little door and just walked away afterwards. I asked what the point is of doing car side if i had to go in to get the food, and the staff mumbled something but I couldn’t make out what she said. The food was burnt as well

Put an online order in waited 54 minutes, I called to see why I never got my pizza and the manager said it was delivered said no one answered the door so they left the pizza on the ground outside with a brick on top now common sense was without the driver cus there was ants all over both my pizza’s. Didn’t think to call knowing we were waiting on our order just left it on the ground this is the worst service and manager skills I’ve came across my 43 years of living. I will be calling everything and everyone in corporate come sun up about this, if there was a rating of -99 that would be my rating.

I did the ordering process online and it was super easy, there were no problems what so ever. I love Dominos but this location stood out every step of the way was fast and accurate my food was hot and fresh as well as delicious. I order a pepperoni pizza with bacon and the spicy pineapple chicken bites those were amazing. My experience was good and I will do it this stress free way from now on

I’m currently on hold for 15 minutes. This location is straight trash!!! My husband walked in and ordered 2 pizzas and after waiting for over 30 minutes he was told the system was down and asked could he pay in cash so he had a $50 and the manager told him he didn’t have charge. Sooo you’re telling me she couldn’t give him $22 back in charge? So you missed out on making $27 because you refused to give him $22 back in change. What did you go with the 2 pizzas that were fixed? Did yall throw them out or eat them? Never again will we support this location.

I ordered online from this Dominos on Monday. I requested toppings of pepperoni, Italian sausage, jalapeño, green peppers, pineapple, and feta. They put spinach on there too which I did not ask for. Also, customer service when I showed up was not good.

Ordered pizza from this place like I do every weekend tracked order driver wasn’t able to be seen correctly on tracker never received a courtesy call of order being near after waiting on hold for 45 min manager told me driver left it at my door with a literal brick on top of pizzas and told me to call 1800 dominoes for any assistance refused to give me his name and hung up I love dominoes skip this one
