I came here with a group of people to eat something quick,place was closed.only a message in the window and on the door said,,we close for 3 hours,,but it’s no another details from what time 3 hours or until when…100+of people tried to buy here food in the short period we parked here! Don’t waste time with this place just go straight to McDonald’s cross the street!

First time we went to this Burger King since moving here in 2017. I always used to enjoy their classic chicken sandwich. My daughter and I got a craving and hit the drive-thru. It was pretty bad. Chicken was half mushy, half hard. The roll also. There was one very sad, single piece of lettuce on them both. The mozzarella sticks were the only thing we ate.

How can the kiosk say a meal includes a sourdough single king in the mix n match but when i ordered it and get up there an tell me that they don’t include that. Ezekiel general manager told me he doesn’t follow that. So what’s the point of the order machine?

When we arrived at our hotel, the only thing open was fast food. We settled for Burger King. The Rodeo Burger was not very good. I asked for barbecue for my fries and of course had to ask for it again when I received my order because it was not in the bag. The parking lot is small and awkward. When I went to leave via the exit, a large semi was unloading its delivery and blocking the exit. I had to turn around and try to leave by way of the drive-thru lane. I would never eat here unless it was the only option.

Zero stars terrible service I went for the low carb options and without warning my burger came with no buns when I asked for it with buns it had no sauce plus they didn’t bother to put ketchup they where also out of lemonade and the kind of Powerade zero me and my dad ordered out of all the burger kings I have been to in New York This is the
worst one by far zero star.

This restaurant recently had an interior redesign and currently looks fantastic. The service is usually pretty good. Otherwise, it’s a Burger King; if you’re out for haute cuisine don’t go here.
