We stopped at Chipotle for lunch with the kids and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and took their time preparing our food with care — everything was fresh, well-portioned, and exactly how we ordered it. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and we appreciated that the team worked efficiently even during the lunch rush. We chose to sit outside and enjoy one of the last mild days before winter sets in, and it made for a really nice, relaxed family meal. It’s always great when a fast-casual restaurant delivers both quality food and good service, and this location definitely did. We’ll absolutely be back — great job to the entire Chipotle team for making lunch easy, tasty, and enjoyable for the whole family!

This is the worst chipotle in the area. They have a reputation for being awful – in service, cleanliness, and food quality. Every single time I’ve had food delivered from this location, the guac was literally brown, grey, and spoiled, and the meat is old. Place is nasty. Avoid location at all costs!! Better to go to the one in enola or literally any other Chiptole that exists.

This is the STINGIEST Chipotle I have EVER been to! I thought this was a problem with DoorDash, but going in person was just as bad. My bowl wasn’t even filled halfway…the woman starting my order literally gave me one spoonful of rice and half a spoon of meat, and then asked if I wanted “extra”. But they were willing to drown my bowl in salsa; I had more tomatoes in my bowl than meat and rice COMBINED. I’m never going to that location again…terrible value for money!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this location and I won’t go back. I got a Veggie bowl with chips and additional guac on the side. I looked in the bag before I left and the guac didn’t look fresh at all. I asked the person making the to-go orders and she insisted the guac was made this morning. If it was, they used bad avocados because this tasted sour and going bad.

This is not the first time Ive been frustrated with this place. Dont get takeout or delivery. You’re not there to watch so they give you half an order and expect you to just deal with it. This is not a burrito, not for $14… They also didnt give the shells that were ordered and messed up more than one of the bowls. We would get takeout from there for a group for $150+ once every couple months. Not anymore.

Dddddayummm son! If you ever find yourself in the greater Carlisle pike area and want some grub, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! Especially during the weekend, the workers are on their game. Shout out to that new hire Justin B, chipotle was spot on with what they saw in him. I have to say, I have a pretty hard order to roll into a burrito, but this kid handle the pressure and rolled it like a vet! all around place to be, you guys and gals are doing great work!

There’s a distinct difference for how the day and evening shift makes food. For lunch on Fri 8/29 I had to push for them to give me what I’d call normal amount of things & even then it wasn’t the normal amount. On Multiple evening visit everything is has been stacked & perfect & worth what’s paid! Really frustrating and not sure why this happens! Friends say samething happens to them!

This chipotle location is very gross and unappetizing. All of the tables are dirty, there are chairs pulled out all over the walkway, a dirty broom and dustpan sitting right next to where customers eat, and the drink/utensils station is all torn apart and was like that the entire 45 minutes I was eating. It was not anywhere busy enough to excuse having the dining area so gross and pulled apart for that long of an amount of time. My burrito bowl was good, but the guacamole was semi-brown and pretty watery, and the chips were very stale. A.k.a., old food, not fresh. I feel the need to bring this to the owner or managers attention, in case they are unaware of how their employees are representing the brand.
