Our ordering experience wasnt bad, employees were nice. Guy handling our food had given us the wrong drink size so we asked for a correction but a lady in the back proceeded to absolutely lay into him about how we didnt order large drinks despite it saying so on our order sheet. She was incredibly disrespectful but the guy handling our food was a model employee. He was kind, patient, and apologetic.

Their “managers” will tell you basically how stupid you are and how you are wrong for the application glitches and order mishaps. Now have to go get my bank involved. Will NEVER come back. What a joke. I had to order a whole new meal because of this joke of a joint. Save yourself from this mess. Go elsewhere with better food and employees.

I ordered a meal that cost $4.99, and asked for a large latte. They said it was included, and then up charged me another $2.49. I could have gotten the sandwich and the latte for cheaper than the meal. She said she was fixing it, but never did. After I asked twice about it, she stayed that was the up charge price.

Enjoyed a quiet breakfast with little kids I was watching while older folks were visiting and enjoying their time there. Food was hot and fast. Lobby and dining area was newly remodeled. Will be back.

It’s a typical McDonald’s. Slick greasy floor, terrible coffee since they changed it. Service was fast but uncaring. Food was ok, restaurant was acceptably clean, tables were sticky.

I was at this McDonald’s and waited 40 minutes before I got my food and when I got my McFlurry, they didn’t even mix in the M&N. They left theM&M on top and the service was awful. The manager even shook her head at me when I asked for my food. instead, I already received that receipt when clearly I did it because I did not have my food. I think this manager should be fired.
