Spectacular!
From start to finish, our dinner at Giovanni Ristorante was absolutely delightful. We ordered the Penne alla Vodka and Bucatini Puttanesca, and both dishes were bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and truly delicious.
Our server was exceptional, attentive, calm, and genuinely respectful. Every recommendation he made was spot on, from the entrées to the dessert. We finished the evening with a cheesecake that was exactly as he described: rich, creamy, and the perfect ending to a wonderful meal.
The entire experience felt warm, welcoming, and elevated with a perfect balance of comfort and fine dining. Giovanni Ristorante is definitely a place we’ll be returning to soon!

A group of woman from church met for dinner. We had such a wonderful evening, we were the last ones to leave the restaurant! Excellent staff, and great food. ❣️

The food was amazing! The restaurant is an authentic Italian setting. It is very romantic. Our server Anthony was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive! This wss a very rememerable dinner. We had the lasagna and the shrimp/scallops with linguine.

Was not impressed with the food. Kids chicken tenders & fries were ok. Mozzarella appetizer and calamari friti were ok as well. Gnocchi and pizza were not something we would recommend. Lollipop lamb and Brazzino were nice. The service was far from impressive – the person was not pleasant (not rude, just not pleasant). The place’s lighting is quiet dark, so would be nice for a romantic atmosphere (if this is what you are looking for). Overall… the visit was ok but we did not feel it was worth the price .

We sat down to one of our side plates being dirty. Then a water glass had a chunk of dried food on it. There was something on the rim of my wine glass. The shrimp was so overcooked and rubbery with absolutely no flavor. Our server was pretty terrible, and it was made worse to see another server in our area being beyond attentive to their tables. Then as I was eating, I heard the other server telling each of their tables about the specials. I would have taken any special over the food I was served, but we were never told about any specials. Our server took for ever to come to our table. We sat done eating for over 5 minutes, after we hadn’t seen her for over 1t minutes prior. It would have been nice to have more bread with the food, and to have had another drink to pair with the food, but our server wasn’t around and didn’t seem to care. One of the worst restaurant experiences I have had in a long time.

You really have to have dinner here soon. And be sure to ask for your server to be Carmen. She’s the best ….she really is. She consistently makes your dining experience so very delightful. Whether it’s pasta seafood chicken or beef you won’t be disappointed here. And just watch the “traffic” come and go to pickup pizza and/or takeout. It’s just crazy the amount of people who come in to take Giovanni food to their home. Season has almost arrived so don’t wait too long to dine at Giovanni. Be sure to ask for Carmen and with her help and expertise be ready to enjoy your evening and a truly delicious Italian meal.

Just moved here from NJ and was very impressed with the Italian food here! We sat in the bar and the service was amazing. Erin and Jarrod did a great job. Had the Chicken Francaise and it was soooo delicious.

What happened to this restaurant? We used to love it! The food was not good. The garlic rolls that were once appetizing and yummy were so odd looking. We brought 2 friends and they were not even sure what the “garlic rolls” were. Looked like a regular roll cut in half with the cut side up, spread with garlic butter. The food took forever because our waitress was busy talking.
The chicken parm was so over done ! Very unappealing! My meal looked like the one trump has been touting as a $3 meal. A piece of chicken with a piece of broccoli on top. The pasta on the side substituted for the corn tortilla! Maybe cost them $5?
No, I will not return. Are there new owners?
It was a Saturday night and it was NOT busy! That tells you something! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This has been a favorite restaurant of ours while in Naples each winter, but unfortunately our recent visit was very disappointing! Our party of six came to celebrate my husbands 70th bday- and it missed on both service and food. Two of the meals brought to the table were not what we ordered! Waitress argued with our friend that she had ordered this dish- and we ended up just keeping it b/c she said it would be 20 min to replace the dish. I was brought fish instead of chicken- she said it wasn’t her fault and that she “yelled” at the server for me? What? I don’t yell, just asked politely for my meal. She needs more training! Even the rolls were not up to standard that night!

We had an outstanding dinner from start to finish. The atmosphere was inviting, the food was delicious, and every dish was prepared perfectly. Our server, Anthony, made the experience even better with his friendly, attentive service and great recommendations. Highly recommend!
