We’ve only ever been to Del Taco a few times. I let the guy at the drive-thru know that they’ve always been friendly, and the service and the food have been pretty good.
Then we got home and realized they forgot part of our order. We tried to call the store and just got a busy signal, so my wife went back there. Her meal was cold by the time she got back home. She said the manager was nice enough but he didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience.
I guess we were too quick with the compliments.

The people here are just absolutely WONDERFUL. They are awesome, they deserve the best of everything, please give them a bigger salary or a raise… we are regulars, & My heart goes out especially to Adriana & all the cooks. They are amazing. They deserve so much love respect, honor, and gratitude. They have NEVER ONCE given us bad service, bad food. The atmosphere has always been sparkling clean, tidy, and always friendly. The meals are delicious!!! We have ALWAYS had a great time there, and now they’re like our home away from home… our Del Taco Family you could say!!! Thanks to everyone there for always being fantastic❤️

Sunday at the drive through I quickly ordered a number 1 and asked to give me a minute while I selected something, he said fine just order when you want too. With attitude. When we paid he hand us our drinks no straws and went to bag our food. He filled the fry containers and placed both upside down so everything dumped out into the bag. Aske for hot sauce and ketchup he handed me four packets. I pulled away only to have my wife say there are no straws in the bag. I drove back and asked for straws. I know everyone has bad days but with the high the food could taste better. The drive thru guy could leave the attitude at home.

I did a mobile order and the food came out wrong. I went back to talk to them about it, instead of speaking nicely or apologizing about it, the manager or whoever was in charge started yelling and seemed like she wanted to bunch me and said that that was what was ordered online and if I wanted a new one I will have to pay for it again. I wasn’t yelling at her for her to act the way she did and I had already paid a lot for the add on so I wasn’t willing to pay for it again. I ended up leaving the food so I didn’t get my money or the food. I do hope that they train their employees to act better with customers.

Great Service and clean! With social distance seating. All I wanted was a tostada. Taco Bell took them off the menu!! Drove across the street to Del Taco. Got two “Beyond Avocado Tacos” yummy crunchy! And ya gotta love that u can get fries and veg tacos at the same place!

Drive thru at 10pm on a Saturday missed a regular fry and grilled chicken burrito and ANY SAUCE with 16 sauces and only 5 items ordered through the app in advance. I should have known to check and go back right away, as this has happened to me before at this location, but I unfortunately drove too far out of my way before I noticed

Staff and food were great. My order was ready speedy quick, like crazy fast, and the grilled chicken tacos were fresh and full.
That being said, this place is falling apart, and the powers that be don’t seem to care.
Bathrooms are horrendous. No mirrors, rotting and exposed copper pipes, light bulbs and fixtures are missing. Just comes across as trashy. Middle management is to blame. Get your house in order.

Fish tacos were ok. The chili fries are not remarkable but edible was a pleasant atmosphere with music playing I will eat here again.

Edit: update 08/09/2024. came through the drive thru and ordered my “usual”, most of the staff knows me in passing, a few times i have had to drive back after getting home to realize they got my order wrong. I drove back and went back and immediately was told, “I remember you, you ordered the delux.” to which i responded, “No, I didnt. I would never say that.. I always get the same thing.” 😐 I felt that was very rude, I just wanted to get my normal order and the money that I overpaid for the /delux/. She also was talking rudely under her breath about the situation. very unprofessional. it doesnt make me feel comfortable at your location anymore, which is my closest location. :[

However, tonight, whomever was on the drive-through mic, had a very fake and uncomfortable sounding southern feminine “accent,” and called me “Sugar plum” before asking me to pull forward .. THANKFULLY WHOEVER was talking ended up not being who was at the window. Im sorry, but it made me feel very uncomfortable being talked to like that. I know they didn’t mean harm, but it just wasn’t comfortable having a stranger speak to me like that. I have never dealt with them before so Idk if they are new but it made me uncomfortable. Normally love this location.

I drove FAR out if my way and arrived at 1:15am, after seeing this location is open until 2am, only to find the restaurant empty. The kitchen was obviously still stocked for service, but not a single employee in sight. After waiting 15 minutes, to allow for a restroom break or something, there was still no signs of anyone being there
