I went to this location as a date night and the experience was amazing! The staff (Kendall, Madeline and Ken) were so great. The service was fast and my server kept asking how everything is and was quick with refills. Added bonus that Ken came to our table and thanked us for being there, it made us feel appreciated!! I strongly recommend coming to this location! The staff are so nice here.

Cincinnati Chili, love it or you hate it, it’s here to stay. Greek salads at Skyline are always a treat. Fresh and simple. What’s not to love? The chili, is a sauce that tops your dog or pasta. I prefer it on a dog, but be daring and get a chillito. It’s oddly quite good. So do I love the chili? Not really. But it’s good to mix things up sometimes and stop on in. And each time. It’s that Greek Salad I always enjoy most.

My husband and I came in town to visit our in-laws and were excited to have Skyline for dinner since we don’t have Skyline where we’re from. We made a delivery order through Uber Eats. When we got our order it was the most disappointing order we’ve ever received from anywhere. The coneys had no hotdogs in them, the 3- way was missing but the sent the cheese, crackers and hot sauce for it. They sent a container of wilted shredded lettuce with a few diced tomatoes and a teaspoon of chili but no burrito. My husband reached out to Uber Eats and I called Skyline. The girl I spoke with was very apologetic and said that they would remake it and we could pick it up or store credit. We agreed to wait until we hear back from Uber Eats and if nothing is resolved with them then we would call back for the credit. Uber Eats would only credit us less than a fraction of the price of the order. Which was nothing compared to what we spent at Skyline.
Today I called Skyline and asked to speak to the manager that I spoke with on Monday night. The lady who answered the phone stated sarcastically she was the manager( giving her first, middle and last name) and no one with that name works there and has the authority to make decisions like the one I was supposedly told. I asked for corporates number and she would not give it to me. She was hostile and very sarcastic with me and kept over talking when I was just simply trying to explain to her what had happened. She kept saying that I need to call Uber Eats even though they made the order. I tried to tell her that my husband already had reached out to Uber Eats. She’s very rude and disrespectful. I’m disgusted by the quality of food that went straight to the trash, the money we loss and especially the manager’s attitude and conduct.

Great place! Food is always fantastic and have yet to find another location that’s better. At this location they really value service members and offer a great discount for police. Highly recommend coming here!

I’m from FL, so we don’t have Cincinnati chili. It was enjoyed by all. I tried the spaghetti and chili, 3 way. Yum! Our server was great!

I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. I was told by the sever they couldn’t make the CBR salad. I was told I could get a wrap, but not served in a bowl. I’m mind blown as this has been my go-to & the owner has always super nice anytime we’ve come in.

My last experience with skyline in Clearwater was over a year ago and still today I steam when I think of how rudely I was treated and the zero length the restaurant went to make it right. I’m from No KY the home of skyline and had been a vocal supporter my entire life. Even to the point of having a signed TV headshot of mine in the old location on US 19.
My call that day was simply to ask if the store employed a delivery service. And the “No. And we never will!” answer I got devolved the conversation to the point the employee hung up on me. I’ve not had Skyline since and until I’m convinced they have improved their Customer Service skills..,never will.
