Visited on a Sunday afternoon for the first time. Interesting fast casual concept where you initially order and pay for your food at the counter and they will assign you your seat and serve the food to you. If need be, if you decide you want more food, you can grab a server when they pass by.
Ordered their Poc-chuc Grilled Burrito ($16) and the burrito was pretty hefty. Sadly there weren’t a lot of meat and there were 3 layers of tortilla wrap on the top and bottom.
There is also complimentary chips and salsa and refills were not chargeable as well.

Exceptional service from the staff. Nice casual dinning experience in Oro Valley.
The portions are very generous! Highly recommend the Seis Nachos with Birria

I love the food and the location but the delivery is disappointing. Firstly I couldn’t order the full menu on door dash, so I tried ordering from their website. The same corn I ordered from door dash a couple of weeks before is now 2/3rds smaller than the last time and is not worth the $8.80 I paid for it. For context, the street corn and salsa comes in a tiny container the same size. The driver left it outside my house and didn’t even bother to knock. My food was sat outside probably for 20 mins and isn’t even that warm anymore. Like how hard is it to knock?

This was my favorite Mexican restaurant because they had the best salsa. For years, consistently the best salsa. Just went 2/2026 and they have changed their fresh, acidic, herbal, flavorful and interesting salsa to boring extra salty salsa I can find in any mediocre Mexican restaurant in Tucson. I am so saddened by this change.

First time visitor! The staff were so helpful and guided me to the most delicious tacos. The salsa were made fresh and were accompanied by thick crunchy chips. So delicious!

I searched a bunch of good Mexican restaurants before coming to Tucson and Seis Kitchen caught our attention. We happened to stay in Oro Valley so decided to give this location a try.
There was a long line and we waited for a good 10 mins before the staff can even take our order at the counter. The bottleneck appeared to be she needs to fill the drinks from the bar for whoever is ordering a drink, which slows the entire process.
However, despite this small hiccup, the rest of the experience was AWESOME. We were first served with a basket of hot tortilla chips with two dipping sauce. Our order is 3 tacos (Al pastor, fried fish and grilled shrimp), and a surf and turf burrito. Everything is perfect and I do especially like the fried fish tacos as it is more flavorful and the crispiness complements the shredded cabbage and onions very well. All tacos come up with a choice of side dish and we picked grilled squash. Another great choice.
We also ordered churros for dessert and they come up with both caramel and chocolate sauces. Not bad at all but not as good as the fresh ones we had in TJ :p

Always a great place to come get a cold drink and some great Mexican food! I normally have a margarita, but it was so hot in Tucson today that I decided to go with one of their infused waters. I tried the watermelon and it was delicious! ordered the guacamole trio for our table and wasn’t super hungry because of the heat. I ordered the mini chimneys which were enough to make a meal out of and they were very good. Despite the heat, there were people eating on the patio. We opted to stay inside and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool. Lots of families in tonight and there were plenty of places to sit. Our waiter was very attentive and brought me chips and salsa and water before the rest of my party arrived. Great service! But a few people sitting at the bar where they had three big screen TVs.

I had such a great experience at Seis! The food was incredible — full of flavor, fresh, and clearly made with love. Everything tasted authentic and perfectly cooked.
A special shoutout to Emma, who gave absolutely amazing service. She was so kind, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely enjoys making customers feel welcome, but she definitely does.
If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food and top-notch service, Seis is the place to go. Highly recommend!

This place nails happy hour, good drink specials, tasty food, and a good atmosphere. The cocktails are well-made, and the appetizers (especially the nachos) hit the spot. Perfect for unwinding after work or starting a night out.

Has a great dinner last night at Seis. Food was excellent as usual but unfortunately the four of had to eat with coats on as it was Cold on the dining area. Ask the waitress three times to please pull the glass garage door down! Never happened. Left very cold and dissatisfied. Manager said they have a”policy” as to when they close the glass wall. I can understand that. However when customers are saying they are cold, duh! Simple solution! You close the wall !
