Dined in on Friday (10/10/25) night after shopping nearby. I’m not from this side of DFW but have had Red Claw at both Arlington and Dallas so figured it’d be the same.
The crawfish is frozen (which is the norm for all crawfish places this time of year) but was cooked to perfection. The flavors in the sauce and amount of spice-perfect
(to be honest better than the other 2 locations that I’ve visited)
The highlight of the night isn’t the food-but the level of customer service I witnessed. The tables weren’t all occupied, but enough tables to keep the staff busy.
A table nearby us had issues with their order, which was more on the customer rather than the server and causing a scenes by being extremely rude to the server.
The manager on duty (Jimmy) quickly came to the table and handled the customer in such a professional way and de-escalated the situation within minutes.
He even ended coming to our table and other nearby tables to introduce himself and check on us and apologize (which he didn’t have to).
The captain there is running a tight knit ship and I can see why the customer service team enjoy doing what they do.

WORST seafood boil I’ve ever had with this restaurant. On 1/28 I ordered a 1/2lb small shrimp with sausage seafood boil online at 4:48pm. My husband went out in the cold to pick up my food. I didn’t start to eat my food until around 7pm instantly I noticed that when peeling the shrimp that it was very mushy and the shrimp meat was sticking to the hull or skin. The shrimp was not firm or plump it was soggy and just did not appear fresh. Before I had previously made me some potatoes to add to my boil. I was hesitant to eat the shrimp I was only able to eat 2 due to being disquieted so Instead I ate some of the potatoes n sausage I immediately started to feel quizy and ended up vomiting right afterwards. I then started to call the hulen location repeatedly until they closed n never got an answer. I repeatedly called the restaurant the following day never got an answer. I work n have kids to take to sports afterwards which is why I was not able to go into the restaurant so speaking over the phone to what should be done about this matter was the best option. Then I called the Arlington location 1/29 spoke with Rob explained the situation he said he would get in contact with someone and someone would call me back I never heard back from anyone. Called the hulen location on 1/30 finally spoke with manager jimmy he stated that he was aware of the situation and that he would let the manager that was coming in later that day know and someone would contact me back. I never heard back. I called back on 1/31 never received an answer. I decided to go to the restaurant on 2/3 and spoke with manager Brianna she called jimmy and I’m assuming that he was under the impression that I’d spoken with someone since she stated that “yeah she said no one ever called her back” after she spoke with Jimmy he advised her to let me know that he told me that I would have needed to bring the food back in to get a $20 refund and that he had already explained this to me. Here’s where the issue is if jimmy had already explained this to me why would I be waiting for someone else to call me? Who was it that called me? Why was jimmy under the impression that I had spoken with someone if he already explained the situation to me? When was I ever told to come into the restaurant.? Jimmy flat out lied I walked into the restaurant on my own which I wouldn’t have done if I was told that I needed to bring back a bag of food from days ago .no one ever called me back and there’s no record of anyone calling me. Brianna was very helpful she stated that she would give my contact info to the owner however I still have not heard from anyone. ATP it’s not about a $20 refund it’s about how I was treated as a customer and a health concern. I’ve been a long time customer and this was unacceptable. I will be contacting others in regards to health risk since I vomited after eating at this restaurant.

This was by far the worst seafood boil bag I’ve ever had in my life and I’m not exaggerating. First off the shrimp literally Felt like mashed potatoes I’m guessing that’s overcooked. Secondly I purchased king crab the picture below shows one of the legs of the two which were not even full legs. They were broken in half and to top it off. Look at the picture half of the shell was empty, and then when I did pull the meat out the third picture there it was mushy as well in spots. In addition to that they charge me two dollars to have headless only to give me shrimp with the head on. I couldn’t even eat this $118 wasted. I live about 15 minutes away and called at least 10 times trying to reach someone to no avail and they are not closed. However, I was not able to return for having to get to work. It’s bad enough the service is horrible. The lady at the pick up counter always has an attitude, and I addressed it with her just telling her to smile sometimes even her coworker told her and she simply just didn’t. The sad part is they treat you like a criminal if you even try to return and they tell you check your order before you leave, but it’s literally bagged up so I could not tell by looking that this was the condition of the food. They used to be really good when they first open. I had an issue the last time I was here, but I figured it was just an Off day, but nope, this place has gone to pot.

Went to go eat for valentines dinner and we were waiting in line at 8:45 and were told we were only going to be able to do take out when the restaurant closes at 10:15. If you’re there before reasonable closing time you should be able to dine in. It’s a holiday what do you expect? Of course you’re going to have customers. Employees should not turn around customers who get there in a reasonable time because they want to leave at 10:15 on the dot. Thanks for ruining valentines for my family.

I found it to be mediocre at best. You stand in line to put your order in first. Before you even receive any type of service, they’re asking for a tip upfront.
Also, if you don’t eat pork, there is absolutely no accommodation for that. So your choice is to request no sausage and receive nothing in replacement. That’s it.
You go get your own drink. Like literally. There’s a station where you get your own to go container and any utensils or condiments you may need. Still trying to figure out what the “tip” was for.
I ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. But those came a good while after my meal had already been delivered.
The food was just okay, I’ve had much better. There was absolutely nothing that would make me want to revisit this establishment.

They have the best seasoning and real garlic. It is sooo good. A lot of these places just taste like salt. They actually have very good seasoning.

Great experience for daughters birthday! Initially like previous reviews thought some employees had attitudes but really I think they were just focused while providing a good experience! Definitely say the kindness before we left! Great job!

Subpar, both service and food. The sauce for the crab is a dirty burnt nasty taste base, the service was the worst and you pay upfront, yes even while dining in which makes no sense to me. For that reason we only had one bar drink! Pier 88 is 100x better!

Food was ok..could have been a bit more flavorful…A lil pricey for what we got..The service could have been better the cashier gave us the bucket ..it had no gloves, no bibs, no wet wipes in it …he crushed the lids for our drink cups! The atmosphere was too dark there was no excitement the music wasn’t exciting either! A man came over to our table I’m guessing he was the owner or manager when we bagging the rest of our food to go he ask if any of his employees came over to check on us while we were there I was shaking my head no but my husband likes to sugar coat things and he told the man yes they came over and that all was good! If you’ve spent over $100 on food you would think the whole experience would have been great but it really wasn’t! Lol I’m glad I brought some gloves from home!
