The service we experienced at our visit today was unacceptable. Our order was set for pickup at 6:20pm and at 7pm we still were being told it would be another 20 minutes for our order. While we waited, customers were walking in and placing orders and having their food made upon ordering while the customers who placed orders ahead were continuing to not be served. Even after addressing the issue with an employee, we were still told it would be more of a wait.

Went to Qdoba for a late lunch. Quiet setting, great service. Staff worked well together. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Food was fresh, questions were answered, and suggestions were made from the staff. I tried the surf and turf bowl per employee suggestion. It was just what I wanted. Overall, my experience was great. My employees and I will be back. Thank you for the great experience.

Order burritto and rice bowl. Rice bowl had extra rice and red onions. I had more rice in my burritto. 2nd time this has happened. Paid for extra and didnt receive. It tells me to find a different restaurant.

I ordered 2 bowls for delivery. I only received one bowl. I tried calling the store for over 4 hours and no one ever picked up. I filled out a form online and sent an email and here I am 3 days later and no response. Apparently I’ll be out my money. Never ordering delivery again!

This was my first time at Qdoba in a long, long time. The manager let you try some meat so I could tell if it was something I was going to like because it was spicy. I had forgotten the process of how to order this stuff, so she walked me through everything. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful and they all had a smile on. I can’t give five stars on the atmosphere because the first six tables we walked past needed to be cleaned. But shortly after we sat down, somebody came out and cleaned off all the tables. The food was excellent, and portions were definitely FULL scoops!
