The sprite was really good too.

I think that the food here is actually really immaculate. I’m pretty sure it’s probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life however, out of the four people that were working on shift only one had the decency to actually have good customer service one called me by a name that was way off. My name is Mia. She called me Maya. Despite the fact she sat there and heard me say my name is Mia to the girl taking my order. The older woman working in here as soon as I walked in didn’t get a greeting like everyone else instead I got a disgusting dirty look and then when I asked for a to go box instead of saying, yeah I got you or getting it for me or even kindly direct me in the correct way he points without a word the manager so I go behind the counter and get my own box and then everyone wants to look at me like I’m crazy . Disgusting atmosphere, but great food

Ordered a 4” sub received a 2”. Hardly any meat on the sandwich and lettuce was brown. Don’t recommend this location, any other location is probably okay, but not this one.

Delicious food & great service!! The loaded potato soup was not my fav but it was okay. It needs onions & shredded cheese. Jamaican jerk turkey is my favorite!!! I ate it all up before I remembered to take a pic.

I walked in to order and had cash in my hand. A guy at the counter looked at me and yelled “TAKE OUT OR DINE IN” so I said take out, he looked me up and down and then proceeds to yell, across the restaurant, “YOU GOTTA HAVE EXACT CHANGE”. No need to be so rude and loud/obnoxious. He didn’t even give me a change to figure out the exact amount. I left, checked the exact price on my phone and when I came back in, a young lady with a bun was a lot nicer. Wild to spend $44 and be yelled at for just walking in.

This location has some of the best customer service that I have received in a long time as far as line kitchens are concerned. We just moved back from a very conservative state to the Kansas City area and I was very apprehensive to try Firehouse Subs based on my last experience at a different location. Pleasantly surprised, will definitely be coming back. It’s nice to go into a place and feel that the employees are genuinely happy to work there. Just based unlimited interactions, you can tell that this is a location that operates like a work family versus random strangers who come in to collect pay. If you’re going to see a movie, or spend time at the mall, this is the place that you want to give your business to!

Clean and fast service. It’s my go to place for food at Ward Parkway. Staff tries to maintain the place as clean as they can but some customers don’t clean up after themselves. No restroom in this place. It shares a common restroom with the other stores in the mall. It’s a bit of a walk so it’s either use the restroom before or after if you are to eat here alone.

I usually eat at this firehouse two times a week at minimum so today I got a roast beef sandwich. Which the bread wasn’t right. I usually get wheat bread. He put it on white bread and then I called him after I got back to the store. I’m a manager at target not only did. I tell him it tasted like it was spoiled the young lady that worked there told me it was beyond the date, and then the young man answered the phone the second time and told me he had thrown out the meat, but he tasted the meat and said it was OK. My question is why did it have to be thrown out??? not only did I return the sandwich which I paid $15 for I didn’t get my money back or a sandwich remade. I’m very upset and I would like for the owner to contact me about this.
