I tried NOSH Street Food today for the first time, all I can say is Nom Nom Nom! I had their Cubano sandwich w/ garlic parmesan french fries. The whole meal was fantastic! The pork was cooked to perfection. The pickles, mustard and soft bread just completed this perfect sandwich. And the garlic parmesan fries, mmm mmm! I’ll definitely go out of my way to enjoy their food again in the near future. Add to it the fact that they are located outside of Bevel Craft Brewing, so you can pair their great eats with an excellent beer, what a meal!

Nosh Street Food served up a plate of poutine so good we considered legally changing our last names to “Gravy.” The fries were crispy, the cheese curds were so good, and the gravy was smoother than a jazz sax solo. I tried posting a picture of the finished plate, but I loyally ate it because it was covered in gravy. If you’re not noshing at Nosh, are you even living? 10/10 would poutine again.

Was in Bend to pick up my car. Checked the area for some food options and came across Nosh Street Food. Being a food wagon, I thought I would give it a shot. Nosh is located in a little food truck court attached to a craft brewery. I tried their Brisket sliders (3). The sliders were great! I enjoyed the flavor and simplicity. Great spot for some food, along with some craft brews if interested.

Full disclosure, Kevin, the owner and chef, grew up close to us in Pa. We stopped by the other day and had some beer at Bevel and food from Nosh. His poutine fries are on point, the cubano is as good as I have had and the sliders were perfection on a bun. We also had the pickled veggies. He has learned how to pickle very well. If you are in Bend, well worth the stop

Keeping the Cubano traditional! Nosh nailed this classic sandwich, despite the pork being a bit dry. I can’t wait until the next time.

I had the Cubano and it was to die for. They were even able to accommodate my gluten intolerance. Great food, cool space!

Fantastic food truck at Bevel Brewing. I had the Rosemary Potato Caps and they had a BLTA special and everything was on point. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
