We tried the Chicken saag, chicken curry and the mixed starter options. All of them were great and cooked to perfection!
We loved it so much that we visited it thrice during our 5 day visit! Highly recommended if you love Indian food! We are definitely going there again if we visit Luxembourg another time!
Portions were good sizes, would eat again.
The prices are very good, especially compared to the prices in the rest of the city. Furthermore you get extremely big portions. And you can take all your leftovers for take away. They also pack it for you for free.
+ Professionell and friendly stuff
+ Super good taste
+ Big portion
Our waiter Richard was very good. Friendly and professional. Just amazing.
Thanks for everything ☺️
The waiters are very friendly and you have a good variety of Nepalese and Indian dishes. The portions are huge and it also looks fine inside.
Now the prices are quite normal as it is neither expensive nor cheap.
The food does however taste very good.
The restaurant is well known for its authentic Nepalese and Indian food. It was approved by my ex-Indian colleague, who had recommended me the Lamb Roganjosh in the restaurant. Himalaya is always fully booked in the evenings, therefore try to reserve a table in advance. Nevertheless, during the lunch time there aren’t that many people and dishes are served much faster. If you are not in rush during the lunch break sometimes, it would be a pleasure to enjoy the Indian food trip in Himalaya. Recommend.
