While being the only store around the Morristown area, My family and I decided to try for our third and final time to eat at the Morristown location. Upon entering, there where around 5 groups of people sitting at tables waiting on their orders, so we assumed there would be a short wait and was fine with that due to the current weather conditions in the area, but after walking up to the counter we were greeted with frustration and very rude facial expressions and mannerisms. The lady bluntly stated it was going to be a while and then proceed to cut the deli meat while rolling her eyes and mumbling under her breathe. This is the third time that something like this has happened to us within the past 6 months at this location and until management is changed and better staff are placed into this store, my family and I will not be back. I dont recommened this store to anyone until staff changes are made and better services are rendered.

These people would be fired if they worked at a subway. There’s three of them standing around behind the counter talking about how to properly drain and flip a sandwhich around after taking it out of the oven, while a fourth is the only one actually making and working on sandwiches. Oh and there was a sweet old lady working the cash register and stayed busy stocking chips or cleaning the drink station. I placed my order at 2:11pm and didn’t get my 2 sandwiches until 2:42pm. Waiting 31 minutes for two sandwiches is insane. AND it wasn’t even busy. There were a whopping four orders completed between the time I placed and received my order. Step it up ya’ll. Gonna have to cross you guys off my my list for potential lunch options because I don’t have that kinda time to stand around.

Slowest restaurant in town even if placing a to go order. Finally got the food about 30 minutes after pick up time. . We have tried going here several times and the wait is always terrible. Always a good amount of workers but nobody actually working.

Sandwiches are usually good, but I got a salad today and the lettuce and meats were all frozen. Got about two bites into it and couldn’t eat any more. I usually enjoy their food, but they seem to have gotten worse as of late. Also, the ladies working at this location are sort of rude sometimes.

Went in for a smokehouse beef cheddar brisket. Specifically asked for NO MAYO and NO PICKLE. Here we are with a pickle and mayo all over my sandwich! Spent almost $20 for a sandwich and they won’t even take your order correctly. I would’ve gone back to get my order corrected but I have a job to attend. Shame on them.
